Very clean I liked everything

There are three floors. If you are facing the street you will hear music and loud noise until about 5:30am. Our AC mini split was not working properly, it smelled of mildew/mold and all we received was an empty can of Lysol for the smell and it didn’t really help the situation. Again, if you are into the party scene then this hotel is for you. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The staff was nice though.

Conveniently located. Unfriendly staff. Woke me up in the middle of the night, to fix a billing mistake they made, that could have waited until the next morning.

The location is great It’s my first time booking into a hotel and was told that I’m only allotted one towel per day I don’t use the same on my body twice at my own home I requested how to change for me my partner after we checked in when I got back to the room the dirty toes were still there. I went to the receptionist and I was told I’m only allotted one towel for a day that is nasty.

The atmosphere and gracious staff

I love the location it felt safe and it also had a safe inside the room. Ben was comfortable with lots and lots of pillows nice TV and air conditioner I didn't like the location of the room so much. Didn't have a balcony or a view.

I loved the location. The room was clean and comfortable. But very very small, for the price. Nice staff.

We always stay at this Hotel, good area close to entertainment, good food and to cross the border very close. Staff is Awesome always friendly and welcoming and willing to help with anything we need. This time we got third floor, bathroom was super small and found a couple of roaches in shower. Power went out for a good 5 hours. Room got hot, we wanted to open windows but was too loud outside so just opened slightly bathroom window. The room next door was super loud I assume call girl for a couple of hours doing their thing!
