The only good thing about this hotel was the location The rooms are very small and not worth the price you pay. They make you put a 500 peso deposit for a room that's already expensive. The coffee in the eating area is always old

The staff was always amazing, been going for many years, everyone is like family to me . With all the nice upgrades they have done , I feel that the pillows are extremely old and very flat with No support whatsoever. It’s been the same issue for at least 10 years i have been staying there. Plus for the first time there were pets allowed, the room next to mine on Second floor had a dog screaming and barking for hours on a Sunday. Since when have pets been allowed?

The price is affordable. It is conveniently located near food options, groceries, and pharmacies positioned within walking distance. The remodeled photos on the website are only for one floor of the hotel. Please be advised: this is an old run down hotel. I had to go to the hotel next door because this hotel was not well maintained or clean.

Clean room, friendly staff, good location. Was worried about the street noise but everything was quiet after 11pm on a Friday.

check out hours are awesome. I would stay again. I would recommend it to others as well. Price was just right for my budget. no comment i could not find anything wrong with the place. I think it was awesome. would stay there again.
