Efficient and pleasant staff, clean and spacious room, nice facilities with a pool and American breakfast included. Conveniently located near lots of eateries so there’s no shortage of dining options in and near the hotel!

It was easy and accessibleable

The hotel was very clean and they allowed my dogs to stay with us and we had no problems. The staff was very friendly and polite. The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that there is no place for my dogs to go bathroom. It lacks a designated place (grass area) for the dogs to go bathroom.

It was close to the hospital where my daughter was. My room was full of fleas, and we all ended up covered in bites. The bathroom floor was so dirty that there was even black mold, and the drain was clogged. There were no blankets. That hotel needs to be fumigated and maintenance. The whole experience was very bad and inconvenient. I do not recommend it.

Location and airport shuttle. I had stayed several time before. But this time is under renovation, no gym and they needed to change my room because of the construction noise. No running water at night.

The location was convenient to walk around. We found a few cute cafes and some restaurants. Free valet parking was the biggest plus. The pool was over chlorinated so we didn’t use it as we had hoped. Our pillowcases were too small for our pillows.

Rooms need updates; we could hear guest conversations and having intimacy from adjacent rooms.

Everything was 10 out of 10 Can't wait to go back after the remodel/construction and stay in one of the new rooms. Hot water for shower took a bit to come out but wasn't a deal breaker

Had a place to sleep with AC. The pool was full of leaves and did not have a heater. The hot water in the room was not consistent. The hotel is outdated and is a 2 star.

Staff are great. From vallet parking, front desk, kitchen and housekeeping. Room doesn't have fridge and microwave. Room we stay smells funny, it smell dump. Theres constructions everywhere.

Location to the event I was therefore was amazing! The staff working at the breakfast buffet were a little bit rude.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They originally placed me in a noisy street side room but when I said it was too noisy they moved me across the hall without hassle. Also the shuttle driver at 5am was extremely nice and refused to take a tip. The staff was great. The rooms are old and dated but they were clean.
