The staff was polite and helpful The bed was very uncomfortable for a junior suite

The whole entire staff that works at the casino are absolutely wonderful everybody is so helpful and giving you all the proper information and making sure you are very comfortable Because everybody is so professional and it's a very beautiful comfortable safe place

Litterally caught by surprise. I got lost and was scared they let me in so nicely , let me use the wifi for directions and so much more before I decided to cancel my Marriott reservation and stay here instead. Amazing people place and atmosphere. Im not to sure...

Bell hop told us there was no shower just a bathtub, we could switch rooms if we wanted. My girlfriend didn't mind so we stayed in that room. Later we see that there is a shower, it just didn't work. That was disturbing, especially because the bell hop did not elaborate!

Front desk and luggage personnel were very helpful and friendly! Wish there were electrical outlets closer to the bed for phone charging! Bathrooms were a little outdated.

I liked the location of the hotel, and everything you needed was a walkable distance. The price is worth it for the convenience of everything. WiFi through out the building was a nice touch also. I ordered a Mexican style combination the steak was GREAT but the sides (rice/ beans/ quesadilla) did not have any flavor.
