Clean friendly amazing

Everything was very good, and the hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. The hotel also seemed to have very complete amenities. I did not have the opportunity to use the spa or the gym during this visit, but both looked very appealing, and I would definitely like to try them next time. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, which could offer a little more variety and more generous portions.I also found the room rate to be somewhat high considering the location. While I understand the quality of the hotel, for a similar price you can often find hotels in the United States that offer more amenities or are located in more central areas. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning.

My sister fell and sprained her ankle outside by the jacuzzi. The staff did amazing to help us as much as possible. It just made us very sad that it happened. LOVED THE STAFF AND FOOD! Hotel was very clean and gorgeous. We hope next time there willl be Mats outside the jucuzzi to help prevent falls.

A lot of noise in the morning construction on top of the building or something I don’t know I’m a regular customer but this time also the pool and the jacuzzi was dirty

We loved the breakfast! The spa is a total 100 % recommended SHOUT OUT TO CARMEN FROM THE SPA SHE DID AMAZING !!!

The property was beautiful and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable for my husband and I to sleep in, each morning we woke up very sore.

Super noisy you can hear the planes all day long and night long Customer service is really bad if you order in the restaurant be be ready for long long waits just to get through the kitchen. Food is not too good either.

A lot of security, staff is nice The internet was in and out more Out. The day bed smelled of urine. Staff told me I was on the medical floor which is the 5th. Hairs not belonging to me seen all over room

Well-located. Restaurant nearby It isn't very quiet for resting. There is a lot of noise from staff moving things around, as well as street noise. I could hear people talking in other rooms—and even opening their curtains.
