Hotel Velario

The TV is old, and makes screeching sounds. Pillows are big and hard. Beds are hard for my family. But im ok with it.

Staff friendly very nice team I been going to this Hotel for so many years but today it was so noisy it was 6 AM. It was too noisy. Loud music screaming.children’s screaming running in the hallway

Been coming for years, location is great Need a better and bigger patio to smoke, in the past, restaurant used to be really good.they used to offer unexpensive buffets , they don't no more, they gotten more expensive on there food

The comfortable beds, AC system, and showers. The location, the checkout times and some of the staff.

I liked the ease of access and the beds in the room. Also, it had a good AC system and TV. The location and the staff knocking on doors at all times not respecting the privacy of the individuals.

Everything good I've been going here for a lot of years some of the service and price ,has gotten up there's some stuff they could do to improve service Need better pillows in the room need more chairs out in the patio, more specials in the restaurant

This place has fallen off, every time I stay here they find any small imperfection with the room in order to not return my deposit. Management is a joke. The front desk told me it is ok to check out early and get a refund but then I try to submit a claim to get a 1 night refund since I left 1 night early. And now they refuse to give me my money. AVOID this place at all cost. Plus price went up on this location like crazy. Not worth it for a 2 star hotel!!! Never coming back again
