Check in took forever, apparently they had a shift change and the oncoming female had an attitude of course when it was our turn. I had surgery about 5 weeks ago and asked for something on the same 3 rd floor to avoid stairs she said our room on the 4 th floor was all she had. It was also located at the end of the hotel. Our room had one shower door the other had apparently been broken off before. When we showered the water was all over the bathroom floor, the tile was very slippery when wet. We called front desk for additional towels and informed them of the problem but once again the clerk wasn’t helpful or even cared to assist us. Her response was “ um I’ll see “ and hung up. The beds were hard but the pillows were very fat and bothered your neck upon using them. The tenants were loud around us and there key pads on the doors are very loud as well We ended up at that hotel by mistake but we gave it a chance and i will never go back there again nor would i refer anyone I know there.

Safe, and. security 24hrs 7 days a week The room was not that clean. The shower door was missing, ac was not working at the beginning, tv was not turning on. I did complain about the ac it was useless to complain about the other things. The girls in the reception was not that helpful or friendly.

The TV is old, and makes screeching sounds. Pillows are big and hard. Beds are hard for my family. But im ok with it.

Staff friendly very nice team I been going to this Hotel for so many years but today it was so noisy it was 6 AM. It was too noisy. Loud music screaming.children’s screaming running in the hallway
