The staff were very helpful

It was clean and it felt safe. The AC didn’t cool to much.

I liked the terrace at the top floor The whole place had a weird smell and my room smelled even more terrible. My key to the room did not work and staff could not fix this issue so they had to escort me to my room in order to open the door for me any time I'd leave my room. To top if off there was no hot water !

Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable rooms were very clean. The roof top was pretty cool to enjoy and relax. The price was reasonable. And that they did do the effort to accommodate me when I had an issue I had no hot water in my room. But they did give me another room that had warm water at least. Then next morning at 6 am they woke me up to tell me that some rooms were getting flooded due to the storm. As well the rooms had no windows which made you feel very claustrophobic, so note to those who may suffer from that you may reconsider booking the rooms are not that big and you do feel very enclosed in a grey box. There’s a damp smell to the rooms as well. Last but not least I’m not one to focus too much on the things you can’t see but when you get this strange feeling that something or someone else is in that room with you but you’re the only one in there, yeah well to top it off I got that feeling and it wasn’t pleasant. But once again for the price I paid I got what I paid for

I like that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the price wasn’t bad I pock the room for 2 adults there was only 1 towel,one soap and all night there was bad noise come from out side

I like how clean it is and the location Parking is limited, we had to park on the street which is not ideal.

Walking distance to bank and revolucion. Room is advertised with a refrigerator my room didn't have one. When I asked about late check one one staff member mentioned for a change of 400 pesos I cam stay until 3 or 4pm. When I called about my room not having a fridge they mentioned they would let me know if they have a room available i mentioned to them that I would be doing a late check out and that it was fine ( so long as I can stay till 4pm) I didn't want to move my stuff again. The next day I payed for the late check out and the staff member did nit honor the 4pm check out. They need to be consistent

I was able to sleep very well, even though I was in the middle of tj’s downtown. Staff without exception were very hospitable. The gym. The jacuzzi. The sauna. They were not clean and appeared that they need to be upgraded.
