Safe and clean I loved everything

I liked how spacious the room was and how the toilet and shower were separated and had enough space to feel comfortable. I liked that there was great air conditioning and it even had a garage. I would definitely recommend staying at Motel Via. Nothing I didn't like.

This place was incredible. Private parking garage under the room ..so cool You have go the long way around to get there.

Staff at the front desk try to scam me, they wanted me to pay more that what it says on booking, they trying charging me double the price Rooms are clean

I'm the begining it gave me a price of 868 pesos the. Getting there it went up to 1050 pesos. Then we saw the price for that same room with out reservation for 600 pesos. What's the point of reserving if for a cheaper price it getting there is way more than published. Then we ordered drinks they said only mixed drinks available so we ordered at the end they were shots not mixed drink we had to order a orange juice to mix it with and the charged extra for that. When we realized it wasn't orange it was pineapple ? my drink tasted gross. I didn't want to call back and complain we were tired already. So I don't recommend the place.

Clean, convenient, large room with functioning A/C and private garage. Very secure and accommodating staff.

Room was clean and stuff to help us was nice also, it's nice because it have he's own private parking you close the gate from inside plus they have service at the room if you wanna order food they have a menu.. ( didn't try the food) but room it's big and bathroom and shower clean and separate doors for both nice distribution nice curtains you can't tell if it's day or night very spacious. Location not too much but, and when you book even if you put the credit card they want the physical credit card or cash they don't accept digital card. so it's better to pay cash bring the exact amount cuz they don't have exchange. It's a motel so they rent the place for hours also if you are going to be late for check in which it's between 2-7 and you gonna be late call them 1st directly to let them know if not they might rent the place if you don't let them know.

It's a storage facility somehow converted into something like a motel. Could not recommend. Would never return. It's in a desolate location, with incredibly Kurt and unprofessional staff that hides behind bulletproof glass and a privacy screen, giving a whole affair an extremely dystopian feel. An ugly place, built on ugly idea, run on ugly feelings. Ugly.

Hotel charged me and extra 350 pesos approx $19.00 because I had friend come visit

This is a No tell motel and it’s very private. The staff is very accommodating. There is no key to the hotel rooms. So it can’t be locked from the outside. However, the only access to the room is through the garage and that can be closed from the inside. The towels in linen were kind of old, and could use some fabric softener.

Very clean and comfortable

I fell and injured my foot and knee due to the slippery floor after I got out of the Jacuzzi.

They were charging us extra money to check in earlier. Room had no iron, it is lacking USB to connect. Loud noise and music was allowed by other customers.
