The AC made a loud rickety noise all day and night requiring ear plugs to sleep. - super old needing replacement The bed was hard The fridge froze all our food, so had to throw much of it away. we thought we could make this work as a place to make our own food while i was recovering from surgery for 4 days, but it was a nightmare. Musty smell in the bathroom, a weird sewage kind of stench wafts around anywhere near the pool The jacuzzi was not working and the pool contained so much chlorine, it stank The "Gym" consists of 3 treadmills, and that is it. Wifi sucks So ALL amenities were useless to us The complete opposite of a relaxing stay and honest listing. could not WAIT to gtf outta there

I booked this at the last minute. The rooms were clean. Onsite parking and I felt very safe. All the staff members were so nice! They also allow pets! :)

We were told by staff no breakfast was included although when we booked room it was to be included in the price. There was a restaurant on the premises of the hotel, however judging by how dirty the room was, we would not even consider eating there. The room was very dirty. The shower was disgusting. Would not recommend this motel to anyone. Office clerk would buzz us in and out like a pawnshop.

Location I was charged $7 for a dirting towel with a little bit of makeup. A worker checked my room before I could checkout.

The parking is very accesible to the rooms. The rooms have refrigerators and microwaves which is very convenient. Their breakfast is very good. The bed doesn’t feel very comfortable. The noice at night is very noticeable. You can hear the doors closing, people talking loud as well as the steps.

It’s comfortable, it’s clean and super quiet

Breakfast Too far from everything if you are not driving, taxis hard to find

I like how the front desk is very helpful. I haven’t experienced any issues.

Parking in property made it convenient. I had a stroller and the room i got i had to go down and up two steps and it made it a little hard. The wifi was super slow too.

Value Pay to park

Absolute false advertising hotel looks nothing like pictures hot tub doesn’t work there is no breakfast ac and tv doing work address is incorrect and when you call they act mad that you ask for directions Hotel looks nothing like pictures the pictures are of another hotel nothing worked ac don’t work hot tub didn’t work tv doesn’t work receptionist is rude

Location was good and was fairly clean Blinds didn't really block out the light right outside the window

Location, price, and breakfast

It did have a working AC/Heater, and beds with nice sheets. The water was good and hot, but you have to turn it on and then go brush your teeth, sit a spell in the toilet and maybe call your daughter you haven't talked to in a blue moon.. takes a while for the hot part to arrive. The restaurant was not exciting, I guess that's why the woman that first waited on us was so unfriendly. Another woman came out with our food and she was fantasticly friendly. The food price was a bit on the high side, about the same as the nice restaurant in the plaza down the road where the guy waiting on us was super nice and the food was worth the price. All said and done, we slept good, had hot showers, food, clean sheets and a meal. Who could complain! Mostly I probably would have been more satisfied if the photos in the web site matched the actual hotel. The price for this hotel should be a few hundred pesos less per night too.

Good location, fast check in and out, parking space and great breakfast. Room walls are thin, next room tv could be heard late night when trying to sleep.

The lady in front has a demeanor.

Clean nice Breakfast buffet is only open on weekends and I paid extra for that on Booking.com so I don’t know if it’s the hotel’s fault or their fault and it says check out 12:30 on here but apparently it’s 12 and they came knocking on my door

Location and economical cost. Breakfast restaurant is excellent. Parking is great. Rooms have a small refrigerator and microwave. Solar system makes a constant annoying beeping sound 24/7. The outdoor pool area has a spa that is rarely heated. When heated there is an unpleasant smell of sulfur.

The ease and convenience of how easy everything went. I wanted to stay longer.
