The location and casino The parking is hard to notice at first.

The property is not bad, but needs more cleaning details and maintenance. The convenience stay closed to the doctor’s appointments, good locations and everything is close by.

Sorry but nothing was great or nice… Did not like the property, the room we got was outdated, dusty, phone didn’t work, sheets looked old, we had 4 people in our room with only 2 towels, never got explained about the parking and the cost, elevator was not working had to use employee elevator, we can hear the noise and talking of the next room, customers service was horrible, never would go back would love our money back

At the center of everything Our room was not stocked with bath towels, and towels bathroom towel towels. I did not like that. My mother was in a wheelchair and they gave us a very high altitude. No Walter assistance bedroom.

The continental breakfast experience felt unnecessarily restrictive. We were asked for our room number and staff called to verify our stay before providing breakfast instructions. Guests were informed that food could only be served once, although drinks were unlimited. Additionally, cups for juice and coffee were not readily available and had to be requested, while the coffee itself was kept behind the counter. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, particularly in terms of accommodations, parking convenience, and guest service during breakfast.

room location and size was great before 2 times I wanted him to go to swim heated pool but it wasn't other than that all it was great the food service we did room service and the buffet. front desk and valet. didn't like need upgrades on tv's just local channels which my boyfriend doesn't speak spanish , it was kind of sad we went to go rest after procedure. no entertainment thank God procedure was cancel so we can go out and do other things around . two the pool wasn't ready it was suppose to be ready by the 25th I being there before 2 times I wanted him to go to swim heated pool but it wasn't other than that all it was great the food service we did

Dimension that they had a pool; but, the pool was out of commission. I had a medical emergency; my mom had a stroke, it made me pay for the nights that we were not at the hotel. That was their right; after all my stuff was in the room, on the other hand, a stroke can’t be so common that they had no sympathy to give me at least a discount. The first night as well I came at 4 AM, but it was charged full price for only A few hours. Their customer service is very weak. They’re focused on the on site casino, and the fact that the local basketball team lives at the hotel.

When I initially booked my reservation, it said breakfast was included. When I arrived at the property and went to breakfast, I was told I needed to upgrade my reservation in order for it to include breakfast. Which costed me more money. I’m planning to write a formal complaint and make a formal refund request. Having to pay in addition to what I had already paid. Finding roaches in places there shouldn’t be. My account was charged in addition to me giving permission. That’s unacceptable.

The parking for guesses are charging over and over every time you need to get out. Couldn't them charge the room a price that include parking?!? Our room was missing pillows for the sofa and basic things. They build a big building and think by that they could call it a "grand hotel". Grand building but small, careless and expensive service, that's what they are.

I enjoyed my the view that my room had. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool and jacuzzi were also very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions.

Very comfortable pillows. Good size rooms. Big windows. Nothing to really complain
