Great staff, comfortable rooms, great location for our visit. Few minor issues at first with the heater but the staff took care of it right away.

The room it had everything what we needed. I like the style and the beds. I also like that the bathroom had a vent. Excellent customer service. I'm not sure if it had an elevator, but we used the stairs since they're were In front.

Nice and clean the staff was really nice and professional the area is nice and safe and there are some shops around in case you need anything on your trip. The beds are not comfortable so if you suffer from a bad back or body aches this is not the place for you. Would like a mini fridge to put some cold drinks away.

Great location in the Zona Rio of Tijuana. It's a 5 minute walk to several good restaurants. Hotel room was clean and very nice. The staff was very helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations. The hotel includes breakfast.

Easy parking, friendly staff and convenient location. This was our 2nd time staying here. 1st time the toilet flushed slowly. On this last trip, it never emptied. Multiple times attempted but very slow....we used the coffee shop (thank you Baristi) bathroom! I called the front desk in the morning, asking they check the plumbing. We returned later in the evening, room was spotlessly clean but the toilet issue worsened. The stench of sewage was in the room. This was a bigger problem than just a clogged toilet. We turned on the bath fan, shut the door and that minimized the odor. We completely stopped using the bathroom. The next morning we checked out EARLY! As much as we like Baja Inn, we won't be coming back.
