Nice hotel. Very clean. Nice employees. Location was a little isolated

Clean and modern facilities and dinner was good Crazy noise from the building site next door and not a walkable area. Structure of the hotel makes it so that you cannot sleep as people getting into the corridor have to open a door that makes noise so that is what you are hearing all night long. Reception team, while nice, still not very helpful. I specifically asked for a quiet room and was given one of the loudest ones. Also, the system was down at time of late check out (for which they made me pay almost a full night price), they asked me to wait in the lobby for them to fix the system. Then I was asked to head to the reception for them to tell me that everything was ok and I could leave. Why not just ask the person that they sent for me to tell me that everything was fine? Also, breakfast buffet is very limited and not very good. For instance, they do not even have cheese boards or different fruits options.

The property was in a great location and was very clean. The staff was amazing and so was the parking structure attendant.

Liked the room itself. Very spacious and clean. Ongoing construction until fall 2026. The workers start at 7am from Mon-Sat. I would avoid staying here until the construction is done if you want to sleep in.

Hotel was very beautiful just very disrespectful staff I live in California and my sister had surgery and when we got there, staff was very rude made us pay an extra additional money and didn’t get the refund when we gave them the paper.

Very clean Great location

Breakfast excellent. People in the lobby terrible on tacking care of the customer. Use the concept of an airplane. Even though the prices are too different, all of them are treated in the same way. For some reason I did not get a room because I arrive too earlier for the check in; but I noticed other got it right away.
