The location , the people, and the cleanliness. Cost pretty high.

This is an excellent hotel and my go to property when visiting TJ. It is stylish, modern and comfortable with fantastic photos in the lobby/bar area. The kindness and politeness of the staff is overwhelming from checking to exit. Breakfast is a must. There's not much to walk to nearby - so a car/taxi is preferred for many reasons. The internet worked for the most part but seemed to drop out from time to time. Very minor.

Hands down the nicest hotel in Tijuana. Perfect location and the staff I can't say enough good things about them.

Staff was very nice I asked for chilaquiles without chess due to an allergy and there was cheese.

Really good facilities, exceptional service. Wonderful clean room. Breakfast in bed was unclear and so was charged due extra for bacon. Be careful when ordering that, however food itself was great.

More variety of Mexican breakfasts Cleaning people knocked on my door at 7 in the morning

The hotel concierge was exceptional, and the food was fantastic. The drinks were good, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We loved the pool, the bar, and the Jacuzzi. The hotel has a very upscale feel, and we appreciated having access to so many amenities. I was able to schedule an in-room massage before our arrival, which was a great touch. The bed was amazing and super comfortable. Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Staff is very welcoming and recognizes us since we have stayed at K Tower many times. Breakfast in the morning in lobby, with Moises as server, excellent. The roof top restaurant food is first class with excellent servers.

Everythimg about this hotel is wonderful. Staff, amenities, room soze cleanliness all excellent . Great rooftop bar and restaurant. Excellent Sushi and it's open until midnight for late night food options. Nothing. Everyrhing was great.
