Breakfast need to be more choices and extend a extra hour for people like go to have breakfast little bit late

Big rooms, good breakfast, clean. The A/C in the room is too noisy.

Very clean facility in enough to standard to Hyatt The staff was aware of noise on the back of the hotel. Construction work all night. They still place me and my elderly parents. Facing that site for one night. Next day they changed me.

Secure and clean . There is always security and the front , the staff is always friendly attentive , everyone , from the front desk clerks to the cooks

The parking is not enough for the number of rooms of tha hotel, so it was completely fullI had to park blocking a storage door.

The staff was very friendly and the free buffet and the comfortable beds and great channel selection to watch tv. The restrooms need to be updated no fans for circulation, the water pressure in the shower is not good and the showers are very outdated and I could hear the plumbing for the other rooms. As well the buffet needs a better selection of meat proteins and way better coffee as well.

They didn't clean our room although we spoke to housecleaning and requested cleaning and the phone in teh room didn't work Poor service and responsiveness to our concerns of no cleaning our room

Great saff! Beds were as bit firm.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very helpful and parking is closed up (no additional fee for parking).
