City Express by Marriott Tijuana Otay

Only two bath towels for 4 people. No bath toiletries replaced when cleaning and very limited space in the bathroom to place anything. Toilet seat did not stay up as no space on counter for it to leave open or seat comfortably. Warm water on shower takes tooo long to come out, creating lots of wasted water . I had to pay to use their washer & dryer.

The location . The room smell very bad . The sheet look dirty like they haven’t been cleaned

Everything was excelente service and breakfast

It is really close to the airport and it is great if you want to spend the night in an hotel while you are waiting your next flight.

We booked a room and added our small schnauzer dog. They would not accept our senior dog. We had to leave.

It was clean The gym treadmill was broken for a while no one seemed to care the tv remote did not work either

Every thing except the breakfast was cold not hot of eggs ..no bread,soup was cold too.. The clean,and The hotel receptionist on the morning of my departure was very kind, friendly, and helpful to guests.

The room , close to the elevator was a bit noisy

When we just arrived one of the crew members opened the room door without knocking first, that was weird, supposedly they received a call from our room but that's not a valid reason to open without knocking. The lights on the wall and the desk were not working properly and the electric outlets where not in good shape.

locación, close to the airport, is perfect for travel. The room is modern with good facilites and the staff are very helpful Coffee is always available in the breakfast area but i would have preffered a small machina or kettle in the room

The staff was courteous very helpful. Probably would gave given it a better rating of it wasn't for the breakfast issue. That their was a live roach at the breakfast buffet near the food and serving utensils.

Staff ,location One of the rooms didn’t have towels,the other room one of the towels had stains.

closeness tp the airport dusty room, not enough towels, blankets had not been replaced in a while. limited items for breakfast.

Clean modern and pet friendly, I’ve stayed here 5 times when I visit. Excellent, highly recommended.

The location was convenient. The hotel was not very clean and had an unpleasant sewer smell. The restroom condition was poor, and the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and hard. Overall, the stay was disappointing.

Maybe it was just the week that we were staying there but the hotel was filled with men, like 90% weird men, didn’t feel safe at all.
