Never got a room number charged mg card Never got my room information no one answered the number on file is out no answer

I loved that we were in a gated locked safe community .The only thing however is there was only one remote for 3 tvs so my kids were arguing over that lol .

Location was very close to the Pedwest border crossing. The vent above the door lets in a lot of noise and should be covered up in unit 10. The room needs updating. No towels or soap were supplied. It was very loud in the room all night long. The room was super tiny. I would not stay here again. The host, a woman who lives on the property, is useless and not friendly in the slightest. There is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. The area is not safe and walking to downtown is very scary with homeless and mentally ill people all over the place and asking you for money.

East and fast access

Location was very close to the border & easy to access various pharmacies & convenient stores.

It wasn’t clean when we got their and it didn’t had no towel n no blanket and the bed was dirty

Everything was good

None at all Old and worn out furniture. Everything is old. Smell of mold.

Location. Old, poor quality of furniture, windows not have locks on 9 apartment ? a broken fan No code for TV.

Disgusting, smelt like mold, clogged toilet, key code didn't work, no response from management.

nothing everything, no one there to help us, hard to get access even though it was paid, dirty and old furniture, there was some girls there in the employee room, I went to ask something since there was nobody else to ask and they all laughed at me just to said we can't help you, but I mean laughing sarcastically, they said "we have nothing to do here", but they were literally in one of the employee's room, like ok I get you were there but your position is not to help guests for whatever reason, ok, I get that but be respectful! There was a family that got there after us and just minutes from their arrival they all left and it was a huge family, they left within minutes of checking in!! horrible place to stay!!!

Safe and secure. Everything was good.

Location Requested a parking spot did not get one, no sheets for pull out bed, stain in sheet, no toiletries other then toilet paper. Tv in bedroom did not work not connect to internet.

Nice for the price Hot water didn’t work and stove flame was too low to cook

Perfect location, felt safe, spacious Microwave and freezer were visible not cleaned, only 3 blankets provided for 6 guest, only 2 stools, for the bar/table. 1 of the 3 Window covering was missing in the living room area where there is a sofa bed( bedding not provided) was lacking privacy.

I loved I was able to prepare meals for my kids. The place felt like home Stove on that room needs work done

It almost felt as though this room was designated for booking because I guess they don't get as much money as they would with someone regularly because booking takes a percentage or something but anyways there's no main TV in the main room there's no microwave there's no coffee maker there wasn't off street parking as advertised basically the place didn't come as advertised
