Microwave was a great surprise. Room was clean. Within 30 minutes of most visited attractions. 4 thrift shops in the area as well

This is only my 2nd time writing a review about a hotel property. I am generally satisfied and don’t expect much. However, that being said, there were stains in the toilet and the sheets and pillow cases were not freshly cleaned. They smelled. The furniture was also old and smelly. The floor was dirty too. The entire room needed an upheaval. When asked if I could change rooms on Saturday night because of the noisy elevator directly in front of my door, I was told that the hotel was booked. I could understand that because the parking lot was full. However, Sunday nights are generally not so busy but I was told the same thing and the parking lot was pretty empty. I would never stay at this location again.

The chef were fantastic very outgoing had a wonderful stay!

Staff is good and amenities are ok.

Our room was clean and perfect for a weekend in town for our son’s baseball tournament. The facility was up to date and in a convenient location for accessing Towson Univ. and shopping. The head cook, Chef Nell, was extremely friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Everything was nice everything nice room clean

Room was clean and all in room amenities operational. Staff was quite pleasant and helpful. There was more than enough parking, not an issue. Breakfast was okay. It seems they weren't fully prepared, or they cook just enough in batches so that nothing was wasted. Please have more than one type of juice, one that is non acidic works well. Overall, I would go back.

You need more elevators breakfast hours need to be extended to 11am . Update the hair condition. Put closet in the rooms of your suites instead of the kitchen area

Have stayed here repeatedly. Very pleasant site, clean and neat. Comfortable room. Convenient parking. Near shopping and restaurants. There is an attached restaurant. I didn't use any of the amenities, pool, breakfast, fitness so I'm unsure how they are.

Good for the price in an overnight hotel stay.

Room was pretty solid, well maintained for the most part. Shower was somewhat dirty. Hotel was in a good spot and well within driving distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Staff seemed to dislike working there for whatever reason but overall it was a decent stay.

The bed was very comfortable. Looks wise it’s not the most attractive hotel to stay in, but for the price and what I needed it was great.

I arrived early. The receptionist allowed to me to workout in their gym while I waited. Chef Nell makes a great breakfast & is so accommodating. My 4th time staying there.

The breakfast was very good for the price. The chef was extremely attentive. Regardless of the aging of the facility, we enjoyed our experience.

Pool was closed for some reason bummed my kids out other then that it was ok

Our stay was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the clean, modern atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast was a highlight—the selection was diverse and delicious, and the chef was exceptionally friendly and welcoming to everyone. I think it would be a perfect experience if the front desk team could match that same level of warmth; a more welcoming tone at check-in and check-out would go a long way in making guests feel truly valued from the moment they arrive.

Clean room, decent breakfast although it wasn’t free($5/person). Was happy with the stay
