Staybridge Suites Tomball - Spring Area by IHG

First class operation. Enjoyed my stay.

Staff are terrible. Check-in was a huge hassle with snotty and rude young lady at front desk. Room had two broken items in bathroom. Also, hardly any water pressure in shower. Had a two bedroom suite and in one of the bedrooms, air conditioner unit in locked closet was so loud, we thought it was a big truck outside our window making a delivery in parking lot. Stay was for two night and when we had put some garbage outside our room in hall (no housekeeping available - available only 2 days in week), we got snotty call from front desk telling us to remove it and that WE had to take it to outside receptacle ourselves. Breakfast in morning was horrible and not very plentiful. Coffee was worst I have ever had. POOL WAS CLOSED AND LOCKED ENTIRE STAY - Did not state that when we booked hotel only a few days before. Door key had to be redone 3 different times as it would not work properly - of course, this meant I had to keep going back to front desk each time.

the man behind the counter was sleeping in the lobby and it took him 5 minutes to open the door. I had called the reservation line to confirm availability of a room checking in for Friday, 7/10, checking out 7/11, even though i was arriving after midnight. I booked the room, once the hotel attendant, woke up and open the door, he informed me that he had no availability at the hotel. I question him stating i just confirmed with the reservations line, but he again said no rooms. I asked for a refund as i had just made a reservation, he commented that their system was down and he could no process. He further added that i was being difficult, which i was not, I was simply looking to get a refund for a room i was not going to be staying in. This individual does not belong in a client facing role if he is not going to be amicable.

The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Everything great, staff awesome. Pool was closed the entire time we were there without any previous notice.

I have stayed at this place a couple of times and have always enjoyed my stay there. Very clean rooms in the staff is very friendly very quiet as well.

The pool was shut down by the city. The staff was awful .

The room is a little outdated, the couch had stains, and the pullout couch/bed was so uncomfortable but it was clean.

Breakfast was good. No maid service

I reserved a room for 4 adults & 2 kids, and was given a 1 King Size bed room with a small sleepr sofa that would only fit 2 kids. When I went to the front desk to change rooms, I was told that that's all they had. Our room only had towels for 3 people, and no bedding for the sleeper sofa. The pool was closed for renovation, so it was unusable. When I checked in, I was told Breakfast was served from 7 - 10 A.M. on the weekends, which is the standard practice for this hotel. When we went down for Breakfast at 7, we were told that the weekend operational hours were 7:30 - 10:30. I also asked for more towels, gave them my room number, and we never received any towels. FYi, rooms are not cleaned daily, if you stay there. After this visit, I will never stay at another Staybridge Suite.

Nice room set up. Comfy bed. Extremely noisy in the room. Lots of clicking and popping noises. Other than that, decent stay.

Walls in the room were filthy. Looked like a dog dragged its body across the bottom portion of the walls around the whole room and the walls in the bathroom were grimy and had visible specs of trash on them. They switched me to another room and it stunk of weed and dirty feet. I ended up requesting a refund and booked an Airbnb, I would never stay here. One lady at the desk was somewhat helpful but there was a manager on site that was rude.

When it comes to clean . Don't take your fur babies. They had no pop bags in any of boxes at there dog areas and they were not kept clean. The room that they claimed was deep cleaned after every guest leaves, that is another thing. My two dog are 13 years old, pad trained or outside. My male dog marked several spots on the carpet which told me that the room was not deep cleaned. Now let's get to check in. I made a reservation to check in on a Monday and leave on Friday with 2 small dogs. When we arrived they checked us in I paid for our stay. When I went to bring in my dogs , I was informed that they did not charge me for dogs. Charged me another $172 for them to stay.

This was by far the best hotel experience I have had since staying in them. This place was up to date on absolutely everything. Will stay here again

The water pressure in the shower was horrible and had to wait for a while for eggs at breakfast to be cooked.
