Location Cleanliness When I called to say that I would be checking in a little late the desk clerk could not find my reservation and repeatedly suggested that I did not have a reservation. It was only when I repeated the spelling of my name did she "find" my reservation.

Super buen precio por beneficios. Está muy bien localizado cerca de la parte nueva de woodlands pero perfecto para cualquier visita al market place o al lago. El staff más amable que hemos conocido. Y el desayuno incluido estuvo delicioso. Todo está nuevo y limpio el sistema de televisión está padrísimo y el colchón es uno de los más deliciosos en los que he dormido.

This was a pleasant surprise and An incidental find! The suite was so convenient with the kitchenette. Pool and fitness areas were clean and all in working order. Great stay!

1. About 50% of the lights in our room did not work. 2. Our reservation was supposed to include a sofa bed, but the couch did not have that feature. 3. The shower and sink had some water pressure issues. I want to be clear: those three factors did not ruin our trip, and the staff there were very professional and polite. Sounds like we just got pulled the short end of the straw in terms of their rooms. I would give them another shot in the future if I could pick a different room. We literally got the last room available according to the Hotels.com site

The staff went above and beyond and were wonderful to our group. We were there for a baseball tournament for four days. The front desk, the housekeeping, the night manager were all friendly. The rooms were spacious, kitchenette well stocked, and everything very clean.

The AC wasn’t getting cold enough. The window shade did not block all the sun so once the sun came out- it was time to wake up. Other than that it was clean, friendly staff, quiet, clean comfy room.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, loved all the healthy toppings for the oatmeal.
