Beautiful Hotel Nice Staff Great Location

The Cyrus is wonderful. There’s a bowling alley in their across-the-street restaurant, which also serves a deeply memorable burger. I would definitely stay here again.

Not much parking available at the site. There is a detached parking garage for a fee but it isn't great for older travelers

Nicely decorated room but it smelled so musty and upon checking in our room, we found hair on the bathroom counter. It was remedied immediately. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the performing arts center. Street parking is free.

Stayed at hotel 4 times the last few weeks and every time was fantastic and so was all the staff at front desk, weather room, etc.

Would love a pool but understand!

nice clean roomy room. bar staff was excellent, but it could be a little bit bigger. extra charge of $14 to park in the lot behind the motel - since 98% of their guests are with a car, this was not expected or appreciated. overall nice property

It was beautiful inside. Staff was so sweet. Rooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable There is not one thing I disliked about the hotel. My stay beyond exceeded my expectations

1. Our room was not cleaned or had fresh towels our entire 3 day stay and I called and asked multiple times each day and arrived to our bed not made and the towels on the floor 2. Our phone in our room didn’t work and I asked to have it replaced and was also ignored 3. It would be a lot better to have a pool or spa room for a 4 star hotel 4. Parking is in a garage that is 14$ per day that is not included with the room and had no prior notice of that
