Where I placed in the hotel, I thought this would not work out for me. After my stay, I liked this part of the hotel. Although it was the older part of the hotel, it was quiet and nice, you can tell how old it was, but it was comfortable.

You can tell that its an older facility but it was clean and well cared for. Staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was amazing.

We arrived and the front desk attendant was walking away and said she would be right back. A good 15-20 minutes later we got checked in. No remote for the TV and when we called the front desk, they said it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour before we could come down and get one. Poor customer service. The pictures on their website and Expedia are outdated because the place has gone downhill. Does not have a restaurant like pictures show online, etc. My husband went down for their breakfast around 7:00am and it was so COLD he couldn't' t even eat it! Breakfast started at 6:30am so it should have been warm at the very least. The place is falling apart!

Excellent staff, great price and location. Bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Good staff polite and helpful. Nothing.

Great rooms

The fact that a real breakfast was available every day of the week was a very big plus for me. And I found staff absolutely wonderful. Customer service today is almost non-existent but NOT at the Ramada. From front desk to housekeeping EVERYONE was helpful and friendly. Nothing that I can think of.

Only one set of elevators was operational, but there weren't many travelers, so -- hopefully -- not a hazard in an emergency. Breakfast was plentiful, if lukewarm. For the price, it's a decent stopover between St. Louis and Denver.

Great staff, wonderful breakfast in the morning.
-
comfortable, good location found an insect between the bedsheets

Location was good, rooms were large and cool. No coffee or breakfast until 630. Having to take a freight elevator to our rooms.
-
Just convenient to downtown Old...everything old

This place was nothing like the photos, This place has seen better days. The elevator was out, had to use another one, which was down a yucky hallway which had an abandoned pair of pantyhose on the floor! Night one, someone across from me was locked IN their room, so that was a loud night with banging and security. Next day, I got locked out of my room. Staff were apologetic however. Gym has only two very outdated pieces of equipment. Everything looked scrappy, unkept, and was smelly.

The hotel is dated and a little run-down, and could use fresh paint, deep cleaning and updates. Staff was friendly, check-in was easy and the breakfast was typical hotel food. It was ok for a 1 night stay, just passing through. One of the hardest mattresses we've had in a hotel. Good easy parking. was ok for the low price
