Easy check in. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Very good breakfast buffet. Main elevators were out of service. Had to use maintenance elevator at the other end of the building.

This hotel is aging and could use some renovations, I wasn't looking for a 1st class resort when I booked it. It is near the Topeka downtown and close to everything. It was a good bargain.

The pool and hot tub The room was dirty and so was the pool area

Needs major updating. Elevators broken, toilets lacked water pressure, so we could not flush it back to back. Just really lacked any "nice" things. But the bed was comfortable and the TV worked, so if you don't mind decades-old carpet that makes you wish you'd packed your house shoes, three stars it is!

Love the rooms and the service always a great get away! The rooms are a lil old but clean. Breakfast is always hot n fresh. Highly recommend

Staff was great . Water pressure was absolutely trash.the elevators weren't working . So you had to use the tiny one way in the back of the building . Food in the morning was dry..

Large, old school Ramada, TONS of space and conference rooms, on premise eateries indicating it WAS the place to be in earlier years. Even so, price was fine, staff very friendly and helpful.

Clean and friendly staff. The hot tub was not hot.

The room was clean. The breakfast was ok. The elevators to the upper level in the north tower was closed. Had a service elevator to use that was quite a way away from the front desk and smaller. I'm 67 with a replaced knee and hip. It was an experience.
