We had the best stay! The woman I spoke to on the phone at arrival was so nice and helpful. Check-in is so easy and convenient, they give you a entry code for your door. No need to go to the office. Everything was so clean and nice. I didn't realize there would be a full kitchen! These units have been beautifully remodeled. The bed was also comfortable. The only minor issue we encountered was that the shower's water pressure was weak. My daughter said she preferred staying here than a big hotel chain. We will absolutely stay here again next time we're in St. Pete/Treasure Island.

Kitchen didn't have flat spatula to cook with.. or a big knife to cut with, but I bought a big knife and left it there for next person to use... The floor upon arrival had dirt on it thru apartment and tub did not look like it was cleaned... The queen bed had no platform to support head of mattress or end which was uncomfortable to sleep in ..these are simple fixes... the pool had clumps of hair in it when I went in and we cleaned it out, informed owner already, but maybe you need a new pool guy....better lounge chairs that are sturdier, there were a few with lots of loose screws that we had to tighten up....housekeeping needs to do a better job since there was food in nightstands...overall staff was friendly and super nice..it was a good spot..side note...invest in blinds instead of curtains cuz it blocked AC unit when trying to have privacy on first floor...had to use pins to maneuver around unit... We are a handywomen business that manage property where we are from and these were just little things that need attention to make the stay even better for future people is all

I stayed at Oasis Palms Resort in Treasure Island for my birthday weekend, and it was exactly the little getaway I needed. The room was cute, clean, comfortable, and smelled great when I walked in. It had all the essential cookware, utensils, glassware, and dishes, which made settling in easy.The location is perfect — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Kimie was amazing: attentive, professional, and quick to help when my door code needed updating.The only minor things I noticed were the limited outlets, the bathroom outlet not working, and a small gap at the bottom of the connecting door. Nothing major, just small details.Overall, Oasis Palms Resort is a charming, peaceful spot with great service, and it made my birthday weekend exactly what I needed.

Did not like the property. There was a lot of walking around smoking marijuana. The place was very small and didn't appear to be very clean, did not stay there.The night even though it looks like I lost my money, it was well worth getting another place.Didn't feel safe there.

We felt safe throughout our stay, and our car was secure the entire weekend. The staff was friendly, and the property met our expectations. Communication with staff was superb. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable place in a great location and don’t mind that it’s not a luxury resort, I would definitely recommend Oasis Palms. I’d happily stay here again on a future trip to Treasure Island.

Great location with close access to the beach. Nice renovated room. Large TVs made watching World Cup great!

Was able to take my kids safely to watch sunsets and Kimie was easily accessible and extremely friendly and hospitable.

Perfect place to stay overnight for a day at the beach. Had everything we needed and it was clean. Will come back!

Very cute remodeled units! They had what we needed and when we needed something more (extra blanket), they brought it to us. They even brought us some really nice beach towels to keep. So friendly! We only wished you were ON the beach, but the walk across the street wasn’t bad at all!
