Perfect location and good size pool Beds were uncomfortable and small

The manager Kimmy (?).. was very nice and told us the property was due to be torn down.Buy told us their was nothing much she could do with the condition of property . However, did gives us extra towels. The place had trash and debris everywhere. Glass on the casual area and a water leak outside my room . Billed as a resort and it was no resort . No one in office ( manager was split up working on another property. My room had no tv remote and we had to operate off the phone application. The coral statue was broken. The bathroom sink clogged when used. The coffee pot did not work. The burners billed were very hard to operate and some the outlets in both rooms were out of order . Shuffle board court was Barron and abandoned. This is the worst place booking has ever advertised and failed. Other people waited for hours to get in their rooms . Hard to communicate with cloud . For us and for them.

No ice. Parking was rough. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty Fix the leak at the bottom of the stairs to start. Get an ice machine. Clean better.

Everything Pool was discusting it was like mucas inside

Location and room was clean Bathroom sink backed up with dirt and sand and slime coming out after I plunged it. Shower didnt drain so dirty water while showering. No parking 9 spots for 17 units had to park at Oasis and walk back in rain. No management presence and other guests were drunk, loud, cursing till 3:30AM. Let their kids scream in pool till 11:30pm.

Location to the beach Our family suite had a rug partial rug under the bed with a jig bulge in the bedroom. Trip hazard. The utensils and the cabinet in the kitchen had mold on everything. The bathroom hand held for the shower was hanging down and the was black mold around the tub. We did not stay!! Had to go to another resort and since it was last minute cost $400 more

Location Hotel was pretty run down and pool was green so couldn't swim

It was quiet and very clean. Yes, it’s old but it’s clean and well maintained I had no complaints

Everything was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. We didn't lack anything. The staff was Excellent.

There were only 11 parking spots so I had to use Lyft to get around and the area. And the beach feels like

It was small property, close to the beach. Comfortable bed, nice room in a good area. No extra towels were given, had to wash towels if you wanted fresh towels. Parking was very limited, and was directly on the street so you had to back out into traffic.

It had everything we needed. The pool and view was great. Our host kimie was the best ! She made sure our stay was great. She's a wonderful lady.

The room is dirty, kitchen floor was very dirty, bathtub was peeling paint and slippery. Not many parking spots. No staff around. TV did not work, finally someone came to fix it. No clean towels, We were there for 3 days.

Came here for my daughter's birthday. The resort was great for the price but Kimie truly made the experience! Her kindness and customer service skills are like no other and I genuinely hope the owners are as grateful for her as I was! Villas are clean and spacious and this resort has everything you need at a great price, including a short, private walk to the beach as well as a short drive to the boardwalk where there are plenty of shops and local eateries! Great place to plan your next beach getaway! ?

Facilities looks very old, smell to humidity

Nothing at all! Everything! It wasn’t very clean, the air didn’t work, we were miserable. Tried to call and no answer, no one was in the office. When I text and ask questions, it would be a long period of a time before I would get a response. I did however ask for towels I did receive those, but I would not recommend staying there nor would I go back. Also we felt very unsafe.

Very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, the room was not in the condition I expected, and the staff showed little interest in resolving the issues. For the price, I expected much better. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Terrible place, do not book here, many other options around same or even less expensive. The place is in terrible conditions, is dirty, we do not have towels in our room, we try to communicate and they never reply or call us back. Really dirty place. We travel 4 families, just one of the 4 rooms looks renovated but the others and our are in bad conditions, bad pillows, hairs on “clean” bed, carpet terrible, bad odor in the rooms.
