The property was closed unbeknownst to us upon arrival after a 12 hour day. I didn’t like spending 12 hours traveling, via car and plane to arrive at a resort that I had already paid for to find it shut down.

Nothing The fact the hotel wasn't there due to the hurricane. I was not informed, but my credit card was charged . I showed up with no place to stay! Now I am having trouble getting a refund!!!!

THE PROPERTY IS CLOSED, but still listed as open . They took our money two days before our arrival. Fortunately we found another place and Booking refunded us.

NOTHING - hotel was closed and not open for business since mid-October yet your site still took my fully paid reservation monies. HOTEL IS CLOSED SINCE )CT 2024 HURRICANES! Should not be listed as an available property on your site. I made 2 calls to booking.com to seek a FULL REFUND asap which is the only fair response from your online booking service. Unfortunately the resort is closed due to the damages caused by the October hurricane. Unfortunately the resort is closed due to the damages caused by the October hurricane. Despite other hotels cancelled our reservation, this one accepted it and we discovered it onsite. I tried to contact the guest with some questions before arriving and also when on-site every time without success. The only answer to Booking.com when I complained. For me totally unprofessional. On the other side I found booking very reliable also in this situation as the customer care promptly answered to us and helped us to find another overstay.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT STAY HERE THE OWNERS ARE SCUMBAGS.

The room and location were fine. The cleaning service was terrible didn't clean the bathroom, didn't furnish coffee on day 2 or 3, didn't put out clean cups or glasses, didn't clean kitchen area.

Beautiful location, lots to do, music playing outside, the entire ambiance was just perfect. The staff are all extremely kind and friendly. It drizzled for about 15 min and they shut the activities down, i understand they have to take care of their things and have to take precautions to ensure nothing is damaged, but it turned out to be a beautiful and clear night and the activities could have been reopened. However it was still an amazing stay.

Very clean, cute little place on the bay side Didn't like the lights in the middle area by the rooms at night ..way too bright..

Great location. Friendly staff. Mattress was fragile and seemed to have holes. Large parrot on premises that was not previously known about. Parrot would make loud noises often before being awake.

The room was small . Ocean front, but you were far from Ocean. No private balcony. Small window to view Ocean no patio door.

I love the tropical feel and decor, it's extremely clean the staff are so friendly and constantly keeping everyone happy and comfortable Not a thing

Very comfortable bed! I could’ve slept for days in spite of being right on the beach. It was so amazing.
