Ocean Club Treasure Island Hotel

Will be booking again!

Room, pool and bar were amazing. My only complaint was beach too far to walk for afew of the others. Had to buy beach chairs as there were none at beach unless you paid a third party.

I am writing to share my positive feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, with exceptional service from the front desk team. My room was spacious, spotless, and featured a remarkably comfortable bed. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location added great value to my experience.

Okay hotel but nowhere near the price premium that was paid, not sure how this hotel has such high reviews this was our most expensive reservation and left the most to be desired. Not a bad spot, but definitely not outstanding.

Great place!!

Room was clean and the view from the balcony was gorgeous, especially around the sunset time.

We had an amazing time and loved our room! We loved the friendly staff and family friendly atmosphere without being too kid centered. Only thing we had trouble with were with our coffee maker not working, one TV not connecting to the internet and a dryer that we had to wait until Saturday to get someone to fix bec it was too late Friday night when we went to use it

Staff were very helpful, great location, well stocked. Will definitely be coming back to stay with them again!

The room was beautiful and immaculate clean. Check-in was easy and very friendly. I meet other family members and their rooms just as beautiful. We all said we’d go back. Thanks for a great few days!

Very very clean wonderful staff. I had one problem out on the balcony one evening with someone smoking pot but reached out to the front desk thought a text and was handled right a way Will definitely be back

Very disappointing experience. We were told over the phone around 1 PM that our room was available for early check-in and that we could go to the hotel. The man I spoke with was not particularly helpful and initially told me that the only way to find out was to come to the hotel. I specifically explained that I didn’t want to drive there just to find out that we had to wait and asked if he could simply check whether a room was available. He then told me that our room was available and that we could come. We left the beach specifically to go to the hotel (4 adults, a kid, and a dog), only to arrive around 2:15 PM and be told the room wasn’t ready yet but would be soon. No one followed up with us, and we ended up waiting for almost **2 hours** until I had to go back to the front desk at 4 PM (our official check-in time) to ask about the room. Also, we had an extra car and were told parking was completely full, forcing us to park elsewhere and pay a significant amount. However, we noticed many empty spaces throughout the night (up to 1 am), which made it feel like the front desk simply didn’t want to help. On top of that, the $80/day pet fee seemed very unreasonable. The property itself was nice, but the poor communication, parking situation, and extra fees made the stay frustrating. **We would not stay here again.**

Very clean property and rooms. I like that they didn't clean your room unless you asked them to. Like the trash shoot. Loved the washer and dryer in your room. The worst turn drier, made everything so much easier with doing the clothes

A couple of small things could be improved. The pool hours ended around 9 PM, and I would have loved to see them extended until 10 or even 11 PM. It would also be nice if the pool and bar amenities opened a little earlier, around 9 AM. I also noticed that some of the beds may need to be replaced or flipped. In the master bedroom, I could actually see the divots from previous use, which was a little disappointing. That said, I stayed for a week and really loved it.
