Clean Everything was convenient Great pool No ice machine

Location is great for the things we do. Had adequate lighting and parking. The pool area was nice and clean. We also used the free beach ride for the first time and that was nice. Could have a better chair for sitting as that was uncomfortable with no arms and I like to read and watch TV from a chair.

Very nice room. AC was excellent, lady at office was very nice.

I like the location to beach and other places

Im a local and spend the night or two here, often. I love the prices, the seclusion, and Treasure Island Beach. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

This is our third stay here and it’s always a great experience! Can’t wait until next year!! Lovely location and cute motel

I liked the pool area hanging out with family and friends. You have to be careful not to trip on the rim of the pool deck.

Location was great - right across from the beach. Let us keep the car parked in their lot even after we checked out & let us keep our bag in the office (laptop safety). Super Friendly staff NA

Only thing that would make it better is a roll paper towels and ice trays for making ice. The maids were wonderful.

Clean Large Pool area Beds and pillows were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Bedspreads were shabby and dirty looking. Not on beach. Needed to walk across Highway to get to the beach and then pay to park.

Location was good Put me in a room with a broken ac unit, room was hot above 90 degrees had to stay in this hot room for the 1st night due to no staff on location at 3pm time of check in and staff never answered the phone and did not return calls after numerous messages left concerning the broken ac unit and hot room, barely slept more than 2 hours due to the heat. The next morning we went to the office right at 8 am and they agreed to move us to another room but took until 10:30 to do so but never offered to give a comp or even partial comp for the inconveniance of a miserable 1st night. Also was supposed to have a pool view but the 1st room they gave us was a shared patio in the corner with no view of the pool.

Loved the room and the location which was very walkable. Using the shower was a challenge. Water was either scalding or cold. Was impossible for me to regulate the water successfully.

Good afternoon. I am sorry to say that we were not happy with our stay at Satellite Motel. Even though the facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly, they didn't disclose that the swimming pool was closed for repairs. The water was very murky and dirty, and people were still utilizing the pool even though the filters and water jet were not working. We were without a pool for 4 days, and we had the only room without a balcony, so we were not able to enjoy sitting out in the evenings. We had to go to the pool area, and to top it off, the room sits above a room that made noise throughout the day and night, and when sitting out on the pool deck, there was the smell of marijuana from other guests smoking out there. So, no, we are not happy with our stay.

How close it was to everything. Beach is close. Everyone was very nice.
