Treasure Island Hotel and Marina

Quiet, clean, comfortable, easy access to surroundings areas and waffle house right next door! All the light that is able to into room via the door. Blinking smoke detector, and tiny freeze compartment.

Did not get to use the bar because it was not open but the hotel smelled very musty, the AC was on so cold that the floors has condensation and I actually slipped..It was obvious that this hotel took on water at some point because the door was flaking away at the bottom and there was a gap in the space between the door and the jam.. this links to the smell I am sure. We were not thrilled with this place. There was no empathy from the person behind the desk when we told them about the fall and the wet floors.They were very quick to move e us along.

Needs some work in the air conditioning and bathroom. . But a Great location, nice employees, nice size rooms, good parking and great view.

Was suppose to get a call when the room was ready and never received a call. The slider lock was broke and would not open so I had to track down a maintenance person. He how ever was exceptional and stayed to fix it even tho he had already clocked out.

When we arrived, the attendant was sleeping and kept falling asleep As we were trying to check in. Also she did not charge us for my dog and we were confronted with police officers , we were escorting off the property the Friday of check in because of my dog barking while we were out. We had to stay the night in our truck because we would have went to jail because we have been drinking. I have never been treated like this , all because the attendant did not do her job. Management was useless and would not listen. I'm so disgusted by the behavior of the staff and management. I would like a full refund of almost $400.

The bar was not open the three days that we statutes.. Saturday thru Monday. Disappointed

My stay was a typical hotel stay. The only thing I did not enjoy was that I could not open, close, or redirect the air conditioning vent. I moved the chairs against it so that the cold air did not blow directly on me while I slept. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay

Beautiful view Our first from the bed smell like someone had peed in it during the night there was two dogs constantly barking all night long when you called the front desk nobody answered the phone. They already knew there was a problem prior to this and nothing was done about it.

Room

It was right across the street from the beach. Rooms were clean. The motel was clean.

The only complaint I had when I was on the bottom floor people cleaning the rooms are sometimes noisy banging around right outside the door. Sliding glass balcony doors need some work opening and closing, a little tough too slide, open and close. Other than that, they’re awesome.!😊

Cheap, everything you need, comfortable bed, good location Tv only had spectrum TV and no option for apps. Rooms were not very soundproof from Hallway
