Location.. it’s close to a lot of different shops, restaurants and more. Our AC seemed to not be running properly. Didn’t seem to be as cold as it should’ve been.

It was close to shops and good pizza. Not able to use our balcony because door wouldn't open. Assuming it was "fixed" shut due to keeping humidity down. Our floor was soaked from the humidity!!! Had to keep room freezing to control it.

Only negative thing I can mention is our room. The floors were always wet. I slipped once because it’s full of humidity, even though maids have mentioned that to us.

The room was really nice and comfortable, and we had a great view from the balcony. The pool was also very nice and well kept, and even the pool bathroom was clean, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and you could tell they actually cared about keeping the property clean. We even saw staff cleaning and preparing rooms even when guests hadn’t stayed in them the night before, which really stood out to us and made us feel like they take cleanliness seriously. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, nice rooms, beautiful balcony views, clean pool area, and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again!
