The room was way to small and the shower was way to small to take a shower in it the beds was not comfortable at all.

Location was great, it was clean, and convenient. The lady manager was very rude and needed a lesson in customer service. The gentleman manager was nice and much easier to communicate with.

The owner was awesome and so was the hotel. Walking distance to the beach and a great value.. if you have just one car parking is free which is a premium in treasure Island. Can't say I didn't like anything it was a nice place I would highly recommend it

Beautiful little Mom and Pop motel. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Pool area clean and inviting. Small kitchenette. Perfect for lunches or simple dinner. Value without pets exceptional. Charge for small dog was excessive. Almost as much as the room rate! $50 a day , way too much! $100 for 2 nights…. check in at 3 out at 11…. Not 2 days! We left room immaculate. Did not require maid service. I understand charging a deposit of $100 with a refund of $50 if all was left as found. Advertise pet friendly but $50 a day for pet excessive. Not obvious when booked.

We stayed for 5 nights. Everything is great. Clean rooms, comfy beds, clean pool and having a dock at the back where you can chill is quite nice too. The only problem i have this property doesn’t have elevator. I kindly asked for 1st floor but they said rooms is not available eventhough there is so many empty rooms at that time. I think they want the 2nd floor occupied 1st.it is very inconvenient for me taking the stairs specially i have knee surgery and severe arthritis. If you ever want to stay here you have to mention or call the property when you book that you need a 1st floor.

The quietness and old style look on the outside and modern on the inside. Pool was nice. Beach proximity. Really nothing for the price
