Room was clean unfortunately there was no hair conditioner. Manager’s reception and breakfast were both good.

Clean, spacious rooms. All amenities needed, a nice breakfast, and a manager’s reception with free drinks and snacks. Definitely recommend!

Our room was not clean. We walked in and there was a sock on floor, crumbs on ottoman, a floss toothpick on couch. We were supposed to have a 2 queen room they didn't have one so put us in family suite that had one bed and a pull out couch, there was no blankets for pull out and there were stains on the pull out mattress. Would expect way better from this kind of establishment.

This was our second time booking the Embassy Suites Troy. Great hotel! Loved the breakfast, happy hour, and location of the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, also.

There was bloody underwear stuffed inside the bag with the hair dryer and eyelash extensions in the pull out couch.

flooded bathroom they “fixed it” by putting us in a cheaper room so far no refund by the way this was a trip for me and my boyfriend to finally have a couple days together stress free and i payed for a king suite and ended up being put in a 2 twin bed suit..not at all what i payed for

The room were in terrible condition for someone to pay for two room 2700 for 4 days paint your peeling off bathroom has a block mold unacceptable the beds were unclean and contain were all over I do not recommend it to no one

Sectional staff we started off with a snafu but the staff work diligently to get my issue resolved and my stay was amazing including the free Beverages and the fine dining definitely a vacation away from home
