We had a amazing visit and will continue to frequent this hotel and tell friends as well.

The reception staff really need to inculcate hospitality, politeness and caring attitude towards guests. Breakfast was good. On the Expedia booking page, it is mentioned that self-parking is available but did not mention there are charges for parking. We only realized about parking charges at the hotel.

Omelette bar was amazing, chef was excellent. Staff cleaning tables were very helpful especially Maria

The hallway had trash and pieces of food on the floor overnight, uncovered used plates remained outside of rooms for several hours, room floor and sitting area needed vacuuming, couch pillows had what looked like food stuck on them, the shower floor needed cleaned and scrubbing.

Excellent breakfast. Person omelette was genuinely nice person.

The room was reasonably nice and clean. A little noise bleed over from the neighboring room. Atrium was very noisy. Breakfast was closed down before posted time. Some staff was great, others were really grumpy. Got charged for parking with no car.

We have stayed at this Embassy Suites many times over the years for a yearly event we attend. As always, we had an exceptional stay. The check in was seamless and the room was clean and felt updated. One of my most favorite things about the hotel is the staff that work there. The bartenders, breakfast staff, especially Ray who makes amazing omelets to order…he remembers your order from the previous day! And Maria who helps with the tables. They are friendly and truly care about their guests. It says a lot for this property when they are able to retain so many top notch employees for many years. We always look forward to reuniting with our friends for the event, but look forward to reconnecting with the fine people of the Embassy Suites Troy, Michigan as well!!

The pool was closed down Sunday afternoon and did not open back up at all that evening so my children were unable to enjoy the pool

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hotel was clean and the service was excellent!!

If you’re booking through Expedia then don’t go there!! We had a very bad experience while checking in, it literally took us more 45 minutes. We booked 2 rooms and paid for them through Expedia, the front staff refused to give us the 2 rooms initially because we had one confirmation number as we did one transaction for both rooms, he and the manager kept complaining in front of every one waiting in the lobby that we booked through 3rd party , he kept booking , cancelling and charging us until the manger was able to fix this later on. All the front staff are rude. Every time you walk by the reception you could see long line ups while the staff are on the phones not bothering to help even we you’re asking for a simple thing like a pen or a tape! After check out the hotel charged us 15 USD per room per night for car parking, we weren’t informed about this during booking neither during check in. The only positive thing is the breakfast omelette station and the friendly and helpful breakfast staff. An other star is for the clean rooms and the open concept . But those would never convince us to go back again, we go to Troy 3-4 times per year, always book through third party and never had any issues at any other hotel in the area

Staff are not well behaved or friendly. They charge car parking for no reason. Queen beds are smaller in size

it was a nice facility, the breatfast was outstanding and the staff that did the breakfast are the right kind of emplyees for the job, they were very hospitable. the extra for parking when there was an over abundant amount of parking. a little more detail when cleaning the bathroom, ie sweep/vacuum the floor, please

The breakfast and complimentary cocktails is something I always look forward to. Plus the rooms are spacious and clean each time I stay. No complaints

My stay was terrible. First I was giving the wrong room. I actually booked a 2 queen bed double suite and paid for. Was given a king bed suite. Had to go back down to the front desk to get the correct room. Only to be given a room that hadn't been cleaned. Had to return back down to the front desk after stripping the beds down and having house keeping put new sheets on and to give us fresh towels. Very disappointing. Stayed here previously before and had a totally different experience. Then also to be charge for parking when it wasn't a charge for parking my previous stay months before. I will never stay here again.

The glass cups were dirty in the room. The ac sound was too loud and no way to turn it off

The friendly staff and location. Could of had a little more breakfast options. Due to I do not eat pork. The breakfast was fine though.
