Staff are not well behaved or friendly. They charge car parking for no reason. Queen beds are smaller in size

My stay was terrible. First I was giving the wrong room. I actually booked a 2 queen bed double suite and paid for. Was given a king bed suite. Had to go back down to the front desk to get the correct room. Only to be given a room that hadn't been cleaned. Had to return back down to the front desk after stripping the beds down and having house keeping put new sheets on and to give us fresh towels. Very disappointing. Stayed here previously before and had a totally different experience. Then also to be charge for parking when it wasn't a charge for parking my previous stay months before. I will never stay here again.

The glass cups were dirty in the room. The ac sound was too loud and no way to turn it off

The friendly staff and location. Could of had a little more breakfast options. Due to I do not eat pork. The breakfast was fine though.

We had a wonderful time at this location. Embassy Suites have been hit or miss over the past few years, but this location is definitely a HIT! We'll definitly stay here again when in the area.

Spacious, super clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast, and amazing staff. Mark from the reception desk was very nice and accommodating. My husband had gone through a surgery and we needed to come in so he could rest. Although it was 4 hours before the check in time, they allowed us in. NA

The whole place was wonderful, the food was really good and the staff was very friendly

The location The cleanliness very bad I couldn’t use the phone from the dust , finger print every where mirror , table doors , doorframe ,bathroom has smell , it’s really not clean at all , it’s nice location and nice hotel but really I can give the cleanliness of the room 0

As always the Embassy line was great. Good room, awesome staff, good bar, and great breakfast! Our go to hotel for a reason!

Nice layout. Not as clean.

Liked the location and the open concept in the middle of the hotel. Liked the natural light from the skylights Room was clean. One of our rooms had a very bad smell to the point that me and my daughter had to take breaks and go outside for fresh air. Air conditioning was not working. Had hard time sleeping. Between the smell and the AC not working it was not a good stay. Not worth the money and am not sure if I would return even though I will be in Michighan often as my family moved there.

We always try to stay at Embassy suited because the cleanliness and professionalism is always great and this location did not disappoint. The room was exceptionally clean and the all the staff we encountered were courteous and polite. We would definitely stay here again

Facility and staff were awesome. I was sad to arrive and find out that the hot tub was taken out but very happy with everything else. Mattress was a bit too firm but not unbearable. The breakfast was excellent as always. Very clean and pleasant stay.

Property in need of renovations to rooms. Hallway carpets have several stains. AC went out 3rd night of stay. Had to change hotels mid trip as they had no timeline for when it would be fixed.

The AC for the building is broken as of 5/31/26 so are all the ice machines. The bed was so hard that my back hurts from sleeping on it. THE ROOMS ARE NOT SOUND PROOF! The TV'S are on a closed network so you can not cast from your phone. They do not have all of the streaming apps available. The streaming apps may be a problem if you are traveling with small children.

The stay was AMAZING, only issue is the pool was closed on Memorial day and I couldn't get my laps in
