Breakfast. Location. Room was lovely and quiet. Pool and hot tub were not working for any of the days we were there. I requested compensation for this change, and was told by front desk woman that I’d have to go through my third party payer: booking.com. I did, booking.com understood, tried to reach out to Donner Lodge. It has been 8 days with no response.

The hot tub and the pool were not functional. The TV did not have any good channels for movies to relax. The staff was OK, but not extremely helpful with trying to park an RV.

Comfortable, clean rooms. We are repeat customers. Noticed this time the pillows were lumpy.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered free coffee, had water fill up station, and were located in a convenient location in town. The parking was challenging, the pool and hot tub were out of commission, and the free breakfast that was offered was pretty mediocre.
