Location All three elevators weren’t working and we were on the fourth floor. Bed pillows were very hard. Room was kind of old and tired.

Staff was pleasant and attentive No microwave, and all the elevators were down during our stay

It was convenient for the event I was a part of The staff at the front desk were very rude. When my guest arrived Salia refused to accept that the reservation was paid for and demanded that he pays for the room. He was very polite and he stated multiple times that the booking was paid through booking.com. she became irate and short and refused to check him in. After hours not minutes hours and a second employee Talia with the same nasty attitude refused to check him in until I shared the invoice that the balance due is zero. Still until I had to share an actual screenshot of the payment info for them to change their attitude and check him in. I don't recommend this location to anyone because of the greeting and negative experience we had with the staff.

Zack (Restaurant) was amazing. My stay didn’t start off too well, but Zack changed that. He was personable yet professional. Great personality!! Wish our paths crossed at the end, I would have loved to say goodbye.

Was wrong with toilet in room. But staff super friendly

The facility is very dated and in need of a complete overhaul. During our stay, only 1-2 of the 3 elevators functioned at any given time. The air conditioning unit in our room was extremely loud, and the carpet in our first room was very wet, possibly from humidity or an issue with the AC. The staff was very helpful and promptly moved us to another room, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the carpet in the second room was damp. There were also several issues with the bathroom. The shower curtain liner was too long for the number of hooks provided, the hooks did not close properly, and the shower/bathtub floor was extremely slippery. We had to request a non-slip mat, which the staff promptly provided. Overall, the employees were wonderful and did everything they could to be helpful, but the physical condition of the property really detracted from the experience. The hotel needs significant updating and renovation to bring it up to the level guests expect from the Marriott brand.

Room was clean but lo n g walk to your room and only 1 elevator was work which make waiting g a little bit longer.

It truly should be condemned and never put humans in this property From no pillows as requested no towels and understaffed!!!! The Elevators were out and toilet overflowing all in less than 15 hours it was truly awful …

Nice location !

We have stayed there several times in the past while in town visiting family so location is good. We are gold Marriott patrons. The facility does not measure up to the convenience of the location for us. Whole interior is very “tired”, dated, dark. Carpets so old they smell musty. Desperately needs updating and freshening up.

The rooms were incredibly clean and very large. The staff (all the staff) were amazing. Will be staying there again.

The hotel may also want to assign a pool attendant. An mother brought in a practical newborn with what might've been a diaper. Low and behold, one of my kids noticed poop at the bottom of the pool so my kids exited the pool immediately. The experience is disgusting, and the demographic overtaking this hotel has zero manners or class and they're good at ruining a good thing.

The location. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and professional. The hotel is need of a major renovation! Only one elevator was working of the three. The carpet was dirty and a lot of dirt was presence when you existed the elevator on the 3rd floor. You can see the carpet needs to be stretched from the bumps on the carpet.

I loved my stay bar down stairs amazing. The staff was very helpfull although many restaurants and bars close there kitchen earlier so keep that in mind . Would definitely be back
