Staff was great. Room was amazing! Definitely will stay there again.

The staff was helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, the AC worked great during a brutal heat wave. The continental breakfast was disappointing with very little options.

Love it

I couldn’t even make it to the room because there was a homeless person in the hallway, a couple of people were arguing on the phone, and a family was waiting for the receptionist. The hotel looked dirty and I don’t recommend it to anyone.
-
Room floor was so dirty and under bed has garbage
-
Floor wasn’t clean at all when I arrived under the bed had some trash
-
Clean room/bathroom fully stocked/quiet stay/ac worked well/parking and several access points with room key
-
No hair dryer in room. Asked staff. They said they didnt have enough for all their guests. One amenity in their listing was they had hair dryers in rooms. Staff didnt seemed concerned. I paid over 200.00 for a 1 night stay. Not at all pleased.

Room was clean Interior was quiet Some trash near entrance in the parking lot. Street outside (Bridgeport Ave) was louder than most.
-
So many issues. We didn’t feel safe at all. The staff was understanding.

Absolutely nothing The public bathroom on the first floor was so dirty and had no handsoap. I needed to go so bad before check in and used this and was immediately turned off. There was also a sign about human trafficking in the bathroom that was quite off putting. Dogs were barking, hallways smelled like weed and other gross smells. There were crumbs all over our floor and the pillowcases were stained. It was absolutely something out of a nightmare. We didn’t stay. I went to the desk and said absolutely not give me my money back we are leaving.

The surrounding area is convenient, with easy access to restaurants, tourist attractions, and accommodations. The receptionist was very warm and attentive. No

Kids running around set off fire alarm 10:30 pm. Beds were clean and good, but floors and bathroom not as clean as they could be. Residents allowed at night to smoke right outside the front entry of hotel so have to walk through smoke. Got what we paid for.
