Room was clean and breakfast was good. Only thing I was disappoint about., there was no tub in my room😢

Location and amenities I only had one. Towel in My room had to dry off with a hand towel

At first glance, the bedroom looked clean, but when I pulled back the covers, there was hair—likely from the previous guests. It was disgusting! The sheets hadn't been changed. The breakfast was also very poor; the scrambled eggs tasted terrible, as did the potatoes—the quality was very POOR .

Hyatt House Shelton is an excellent hotel and I will stay in it again next time I am in the area. Room is big and clean with a great bathroom. The included free breakfast is very diverse and the staff is very friendly.

Location and breakfast The hotel is undergoing reservations and equipment was everywhere. It looked so messy especially since i didn't see anyone working. The room we were in recently got new vinyl floors. I wish there were area rugs added too. Nothing worse than walking on hard flooring. Now that the rooms are getting hard flooring the noise from the rooms above is very loud, footsteps, furniture sliding back and forth. It was difficult sleeping with the noise level. I was not given an invoice at check out and was not emailed an invoice as the employee said I would.

Hyatt House was very nice. The room was clean. Even though the hotel was under construction replacing the carpet, it was clean.
