Service was friendly & helpful. The room seemed clean. There was a shuttle to the nearby venue which was on time. There was an after party in a room off the lobby which was great. Room was a little too hot, and the staff had removed the knobs on the AC unit so it was unable to be adjusted. The toilet rocked, was not too secure (other patrons mentioned the same in their room) also the toilet paper was just placed on the bathroom vanity, not in a roll dispenser.

Location. Dirty. Mildew in shower. Ice machine didn’t work. Elevator floor indicator doesn’t work. Smell of a musty odor throughout.

Property Nice and quiet. Very friendly staff. Very clean suite.

Staff was only positive. No value for the cost. No pluses. TV and internet (only included items) did not work properly in our room. Notified front desk, a very nice gentleman rebooted the TV but still had continued buffering while attempting to watch a movie. We could have stayed at the Hampton Inn for less and gotten breakfast.

Air conditioning in room did not work at check in at 3 am in morning July 1. After it was reported a new room was not assigned until after 12 midnight on July 2.

When checking in, I asked about the pool area and they stated it would be ready in an hour. We called down at 410pm and they stated 10 more minutes. We went down at 430pm and they were claiming another hour until it could be used. No one on the staff was on the correct page because 1 person was saying 10 minutes and another saying 30 minutes. Then we booked a room for 5 people, 2 adults, 3 teenagers. How does two queen sized bed fit 5 people???

Clean and pretty Don’t know what you mean by property but I asked for a firm mattress and I felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. Did not have a very good night sleep

Lobby always clean and staffed in case of questions or concerns. Overall hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Starbucks counter very pleasant and convenient. Pool was clean, and staff occasionally came in to offer any assistance or tips on towel and shower use. Overall great experience and look forward to future stays.
