Rooms were very nice, Breakfast was good, pool was nice but needed cleaning I saw lots of hairs floating in the water. Should definitely have someone clean it more often. Just cleanliness of pool

Breakfast was good, had a laid back feel to the place Pool had a lot of hair and debris in it, our toddler had lots of someone else’s hair stuck between his fingers anytime he swam, I even got someone else’s hair all over my face while swimming, shower didn’t work properly (water came out of both shower head and spout at the same time), purple stuff splattered on the wall and ceiling, room had a musty smell to it.

I really liked the pool. Parking was great. Location was great. It was nice that we could come and go, we got back around 2am the night we stayed. I didn't eat the food but the people I stayed with said that the breakfast was REALLY good (especially the sausages). Also some really good selfie mirrors around the room I wasn't pressed about it but my friend was REALLY upset the water slide wasn't operational

The first morning the breakfast was really good the second morning wasn't as good and the options were the same except instead of western it was just cheese everything was either bland or spicy. Ok well when we arrived we were told the price was more then $300 from what we were expecting because of the booking info I reserved a 2 bed room was put into a 1bed and wasn't offered any kind of accomodations and had no choice except to take the room was told no other double beds available so I pulled the couch bed out and it wasn't just dirty it was disgusting with food on the blanket/bed cover it smelled and was definitely not clean I asked the front desk for a clean blanket I did it myself I asked for a clean blanket front desk told me no blankets available.. I tried to stay positive I went to go swimming and the pool was nasty was told they have to close it to clean.. that was at 12:30-1:00 said it would be an hour but it was about 2-3hours because they didn't start cleaning it until i asked if it was ready at about 1:45 so around 3:15-3:30 I asked again and it was finally ready the lady at the front desk the second night was rude and just lazy I was standing there waiting for her to help me and she told me to hold on she was on her phone (cellular) it was about 3-5 minutes standing there waiting for her to get off her phone when she did hang up she rolled her eyes and asked me what I needed now.. there was much more but no room to type

I have stayed twice in the past and had no issues until this stay. We went there to have a nice weekend at the pool and it was closed. It re-opened the next day with no room to get in and screaming parents. The room was not clean with dirty towels, shower, dead bugs, dirty fridge and dirty coffee machine. The breakfast had no taste and Then there was a loud vibrating sound all evening in the bathroom. Not a great stay and the front desk was not very helpful. For over $200 a night, not worth it.
