Need to check the bed framings of the room my girlfriend cut herself on the edge of the bed frame because it was sticking out covered by the blanket

August 5, 2026 - The staff is fine, rooms are clean. My problem is the pool was very cloudy. The hot tub was also very cloudy and didn't work. I tried to turn on the timer, no bubbles. The tub didn't seem very clean. While my friend and I were enjoying the pool and having a conversation, some maintenance person came in and hooked up a huge hose to a piece of very noisy machinery then took the other end into a room nearby. There was a hotel person there too. She never came over to tell us what was going on, that there would be noise for x number of minutes. We finally left after this very loud noise continued for more than 10 minutes. It was so loud we could not converse. As we were leaving it was still going on. No advance notice from the hotel that there would be some kind of issue down by the pool. I hope by the time I arrive for Christmas the pool and hot tub will be sparkling. I have a no refund stay so I'm stuck otherwise I would have canceled my Christmas stay this year (2026).

Will never stay here again! We were desperate and had to keep our reservation. Staff was unfriendly! Room was deplorable!!!!!!!!! Mold in bathroom. Water ponding on the floor by the ac unit. Wires hanging down from that unit too! Smelled like smoke inside of the hotel too. This place needs a full remodel and either teach hospitality to the staff or replace them all. The only nice person we saw worked in the cleaning staff. She was so friendly, polite, and helpful!!!!!

Had a two night stay first night beautiful second night neighbors blasting loud music 1am call front desk three times before they come up to rectify the noise after an hour. Other than that beautiful establishment

Two complaints. First, there was no buffet breakfast as advertized. Second, you double charged my credit card and wont do anything about it.

The lobby air condtioning was broken. They had a fan in lobby. The pool was very cold and cloudy and floor very slippery. No towels by pool My daughter in law was food poisoned by wings from the kitchen. She was so ill we missed our ferry and lost $100 not taking then we had to drive home When the bill came we were charged twice for a dog and when called desk they were rude and didn’t apologize

The room was clean the staff was pleasant and the parking was good

After a terrible experience at another hotel, staying at the Hilton was such a relief. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a stressful start to our trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would happily stay here again.

This would have easily been a 4 or 5 star review. The waiting area was incredibly hot, which made it very uncomfortable whenever in the lobby. Later on I asked Angelina, the lady at the front desk, for a water and was told I could only buy one as I was not a Hilton member. Outside of how adamant she was not to give me one bottle of water, she was very rude and dismissive. In the morning, the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful and kind. When I reached the desk again for checkout, Angelina asked if I still wanted water. An entire night later. It’s obvious that this customer service is not a wide-spread hotel issue, but localized in one person. As the first interaction and last interaction guests will have, I hope Angelina learns how to positively impact guest experience.

I felt like this was at least a four star hotel. The decor was beautiful. The location very quiet. The lobby was nice. The staff was great.

Yes -bfast was fine and parking readily accessible.

Poorly cleaned common areas. Pool area not clean, barely functional. AC in lobby was not working. When I asked a staff member it been like that for weeks. Front desk not very helpful. We checked out early and booked across town. Skip this, book across the street.
