Okay hang on to the roast don't just bed bugs, uncomfortable bed, and I had a full not to mention the booking issues when I got there

I enjoy staying here. Professional and polite staff all the time for me.

The room was very clean, staff pre-cooled the room (it was 105 outside), AC worked well, super comfy bed, and the free breakfast was great (waffles, sausage, potatoes, eggs, baked goods, cereal, etc).

Horrible service. My husband asked for milk for his cereal (the milk taste rotten and disgusting anyways) and they brought the milk out after he left. They require house keeping to clean your room every 3 days but because they forgot about our room they decided the next day to clean on their behalf would be fine. we got told to not bring food up to our room but saw multiple of other families take food up to their rooms also. Their dining hall is always dirty, they never sweep or mop also

Laundry equipment and facilities had not been cleaned in a very long time. Carpets throughout the facility were not vacuumed regularly. Internet would drop out frequently. Will not stay here again.

My truck broke down the night. We got there and they were so overwhelmingly helpful when it came to making sure that we were able to book another night and stay in the same room. We were already in making that just something we didn’t have to worry about know something I really appreciate it. Would 100% stay there again. When back in town.

Safe and clean with friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked great. Would stay again!

Room was clean and staff was nice. We were hoping to use the spa, but the water wasn't warm.

I just needed someplace inexpensive and pretty basic to spend the night after attending a concert, rather than driving 90 miles home late at night. To my surprise, this hotel was absolutely delightful! Neat, immaculately clean, quiet, very helpful staff, convenient and plentiful parking, and located in an area with plenty of great restaurants and other amenities. It's so well-kept that it looks newly refurbished. Will definitely stay there again.

The location was great! The free breakfast was good. The pool a d hot tub tempenture was so cold. The smell inside the hotel and outside was not good.
