Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tucson/Marana

Hallways, guest restroom and elevator were not air conditioned.

Location. Friendly staff. Questionable cleanliness of bed linens. Hair on both sides of the, what looked to be slept on (sleep wrinkles in specific areas) sheets. At least at this property the staff was extremely apologetic and gave us a complete change of bedding from top to bottom. Not just the sheets.

The rooms were dirty, the trash cans had trash in it, and the sheets were dirty, and the towels were filthy

Room smelled a little like someone had smoked in it when I arrived. Bed spread was stained. Room was very hot took while for the AC to cool it down. Check out staff was very friendly parking was fine. Like I said room smelled like smoke, bed spread was dirty stained

Our bedroom was missing a door to the closet, the couch was filthy, the bathtub didn’t have a drain plug, there were sticky spots on the floor. There were clearly dogs allowed in this unit due to the door bottoms being all scratched up. I understand if dogs are allowed but the hotel should not show damage for it. Also the AC units were so terribly loud they would keep us up. One vibrated to no end, and the other sounded like a washing machine even when not trying to cool the room.

Very nice staff and clean! Love the hot tub in the room. The toilet clogged easily.

The rooms are dirty and so outdated

Everything worked. Internet connection was great and workspace desk was nice in the room. Nice store above average. Clean. Only complaint was that this was booked for husband traveling on his own and picked for a hot breakfast which was supposed to be out at 6:30 but was not out until 6:50. Had to leave before it was completely out. Possibly just a one-day happening, but unfortunate for that day for hubby that had to get on the road - and hotel was chosen for that reason.

Just stayed for the night, perfect room. Minimal breakfast though, and bathroom in the room was not cleaned fully.

I have not received my Wyndham points for the stay. For the past 3 or 4 visits.

We have been here several times and get the same room. We live the room layout with the 3 bed suite. The only shortcoming is that the hard floors in the room are consistently dirty. If you walk around in light colored socks they will be black after a bit. Would be nice if they at least used a swiffer or something. Otherwise, we enjoy staying there. Great location for access to fuel, food, shopping, etc.

The hotel doesn’t look bad; however, when we arrived, there was a terrible smell everywhere. I’m not sure if it was spoiled food or a sewage pipe issue. As for the room, considering the price you pay, you can’t expect anything luxurious. However, it definitely needs better cleaning.

Cleanliness

- No hot water - Foul smell in the lobby and room - Hair all over the place I only needed a place to sleep for 5 hours after a long day and It was nearly disgusting enough to try and get a different hotel at 1:00 in the morning. Even though the bed was one of the more comfortable ones I’ve used at a hotel I, unfortunately, will never stay at a Days Inn again. After reading other reviews with the exact same complaints it doesn’t seem like the property cares to improve.
