Rooms were new, very clean, and well organized. I stayed for a night and liked it so much.

The receptionist ( I forgot to get her name) was so pleasant and helpful.i hope this guys make hotels worldwide I would only stay at their properties.

New hotel with clean rooms . The bathrooms was smal and no drawers for clothes.

Room was clean The room was hot and uncomfortable! No ac, just swamp cooler, even though they said they had AC.

You enter the rooms from the outside & it was kind of in a sketchy area- the hotel is VERY deceiving online. Does not have any amenities

When I arrived, there was a bit of hiccup with registration, but it was taken care of in a professional manner and all ended well. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was tremendously friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend The Alice Hotel to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable place to stay. We are already planning to come back for another staycation as soon as the pool and cabana area is completed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
