This was my first time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Pool, bar, DJ, the rooms are modern and clean. Highly recommend

We stopped at the bar to eat and have some drinks. We put in our order and we didn’t/couldn’t even get silverware even after our order came out which was incorrect. The food quality was poor and it was obvious the bartender was in the weeds. The next morning we stopped in for breakfast. The cocktail we had just the night before now was “out” because they couldn’t find a key ingredient. My mimosa was drowned in orange juice and she looked at me knowing she’d made a mistake and gave it to me anyway and said she would top it off with champagne later. The food that came out again was subpar. Also, again, no silverware offered to eat our meal, no condiments anywhere. Finally our room was not serviced or cleaned until after 3 pm the next day after we had reported the state of it. We were out of the room all day at the pool, which was not cleaned and bugs floating all over the surface in the morning. Overall not a great experience.

Safe and convenient location, clean property, fun vibe, and excellent costumer service. We were there for only one night but such a cool place to unwind after driving all day. The outdoor pool are is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Hotel didn’t seem to be in the best neighborhood but I didn’t feel unsafe. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was amazing. The property was well maintained and had amazing murals.

Day 2: No cook staff showed up to cook, so we were not able to get breakfast. Pool was full of dirt and debris. I attempted to clean the pool myself to be able to swim. Day 3: Hotel had an adult party in public pool area on sat day early eve 4-830pm. It was a drag show but which was inappropriate for children which we had in our group. They has loud music and DJ yelling so that despite our need to rest from a long day we were unable. Some of our group left the premises to prevent their children from being exposed to the adult content. When asked about the public display I was told this was a adult hotel. Day 4: Sat early am between 4-5am a huge fight of about 20 people broke out on the property below our room neat the pool. The security and or anyone at the front desk was able to be found although we were assured there was security that roamed the premises at night. Staff while apologetic stated their was nothing they could do. We were told the only one we could talk to is out of town so we could send an email.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Food options are really good. The bar has many great options. Pool was clean and very accessible. I loved it

We came for a basketball tournament for my boyfriend's son and brought our dog. The place was easy to find and a nice central location for what we needed to do. The room was a little dirty when we arrived.

Pool was cool

The Tuxon met my needs as a one night passing through traveler. Has an interesting lounge area with a bar which is unusual for what is still to me a motel type of business. The location next to the freeway and other standard motels dilutes the effort to be different but I respect the effort. It is convenient to restaurant and lounges, so you need not go far. Overall I would be happy to stay here again.

The laundry room was very dirty! Lots of left over powder laundry detergent inside of dryer filter, we got this hotel so we could do laundry and we’re not able too. The floor of my room had alot of hairs, more in the shower and on the counter of the bathroom sink. This is absolutely gross! They need better housekeeping! I don’t recommend too many missed hairs in bathroom and bed sheets!
