Rooms are always clean and staff is super friendly

My stays at the Osage Casino and Hotel in Tulsa, Oklahoma are consistently wonderful experiences. The areas near the rooms are very calm and quiet, and the entire establishment is clean and well-maintained. My only suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the personalization of each guest's stay. It would be delightful if every guest could feel as though they are the sole guest, receiving a more personal experience rather than just checking into a hotel like any other. Perhaps more one-on-one interactions between staff members and guests could facilitate this. One thing that no one's ever talked to me about is the breakfast I never knew that there was a specialized breakfast.

I was over charged. Staff were very unprofessional. The bar attendant at the pool literally threw my husbands nicotine away that was brand new on our patio room while we were in our room! They changed the pool hours to 10pm closing which is ridiculous! For years it’s been midnight. Even during Covid! No refrigerators in the rooms even the suites anymore! Can’t even get milk in the gift shop. We have stayed here at least 30 times. I’ve always had a really good experience and that is why we have come back so many times. This experience was the worst I have ever had. I have absolutely nothing good to say about the property. And next time we are wanting a staycation I’ll book somewhere else. They never made it right on my bank account after over charging us.

However I witnessed people waiting for hours for their room. People with reservations being turned away due to no rooms were available.

The rooms were outdated and no fridges in the rooms. They charged an extra $25 a night for a tiny little cube fridge. Some front staff was helpful but others were not. Will not be staying here again.

I wish our state had been longer so we could have used the pool and hot tub. But, we had a blast at the casino and even won a few bucks.

Front desk staff was rude once we was checked in.The food was good but small portions for the price.Their machines are highway robbery and you can't cut the a/c off manually the front desk have to do that.

Room was clean. Property was clean. Keurig in the room for morning coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool looked lovely but we didn't have time for that, but by the looks of it, most of the hotel guests enjoyed it!

Me & my friends really enjoyed our stay for our girls weekend! We really loved how our room had a patio right near the pool. We will probably book again next year.

When we arrived we were told the pool hours as well as when it was no kids after 10 pm adults only. This was not the case about 40 to 50 unsupervised children in the pool and hot tub it was a calamity

I gave the hotel 4 stars simply because there was no microwave nor refrigerator in the room otherwise everything was 5 stars
