I enjoyed the friendly staff and clean room.

Check in process was easy and I liked the private access to the hotel. The pool was amazing but I didn’t like that I had to make my way back to the front desk every morning to get new pool bracelets. I also didn’t like that I was automatically charged $50 for incidentals when I hadn’t had a chance to inspect the room yet. I hope I get that back! Lastly, I was mainly there for the pool, they did provide pool towels, a waiter to bring you food and drinks and music overhead, this was all very nice, but they allowed individuals to play very loud music on speakers/boom box that was not appropriate and disturbing.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Sheets were dirty before arriving, toilet didn’t flush and wasn’t accommodating. I had two rooms and both were dirty. Only thing fun was the pool.

Pool was full of kids and noisy and the room had poor bathroom lighting. Not a fan of casinos that allow tons of kids. Ruins the experience and environment.

Overall experience was great. Staff was very helpful. I was able to check in early. I love the fact that they had restaurants on site and the location wasn’t far from the freeway and expressways. I will come back to stay in the near future but overall a great experience.

Nice pool with available places to sit during the day. Nice room but did not include microwave or refrigerator.

The room was freezing, and the thermostat would not warm it up. We asked for extra blankets and housekeeping never showed up. There were acrylic fingernails sitting on the drains in the pool area

My room got double booked. I was laying in bed and another guest came busting in, after opening the door with a card key. The front desk claimed it was a computer glitch. It was handled very poorly. Staff acted like it happens everyday. I got a new room on a different floor. I went to turn on the shower and the handle hit the floor, fell right off. Ordered the combo basket from the restaurant. Very disappointed for $18. Greasy and no flavor. Very comfortable room and bed. Both rooms were clean and smelled fresh. However, this was my first and my last Osage Hotel experience.

I made the mistake or blessing by checking in and not going directly to my room. I left the hotel and returned around 130am. I got to the room and someone was ALREADY in that room. I went to the front desk to advise them and was told - no one is supposed to be in that room, I said well there is someone. They wanted to go check and all that nonsense. A manager came and I was given a different room. No I apologize, no comp breakfast for the inconvenience nothing!!!

No complimentary breakfast offered. Restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced. Beds were super comfortable. Very clean hotel. Casino slots were extremely hard to win at but tons of slots to choose from.
