Property was good. The breakfast area, particularly the coffee bar could use a good cleaning

Prefer my hotel room to have a coffeemaker but otherwise amenities were good. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t use the pool or exercise facilities. Although close to the freeway we didn’t hear traffic from inside the room (lots of trees help). Breakfast was okay.
-
No towels in room. Went down for breakfast 3x and there wasn’t any food either time.
-
The general manager who was going to keep a pet deposit just because she could? There are some shady pet policy practices going on there and at the Holliday Inn Express where this woman is also the general manager.

A bit outdated but location is good. Quite place.

Clean, but very down to earth hotel. It was comfortable, but the hallways were painted gray like a prison and the old lights didn't help. The staff was hardly at the desk at times.

Location was easy to find with good parking. Room was clean but property design choices were questionable. Someone walked nto my room unannounced and management never explaining to me why a stranger had access to my room. There was no follow-up to this incident. I did not feel safe. Housekeeping cleaned rooms in the evening. I passed on having my room refreshed, since I was only there in the evenings. The walls were thin so I heard a lot of noise and talking.

Impressed how this property was taken over and redone to a 5 star prpoperty. Price point right on.

Love location and place Breakfast was a joke. Coffee was Never hot. Was out of spoons so yogurt and cereal couldn’t be eaten. Guy working told us to Go to hotel next door and get spoons. Why the hell would we go get spoons when he works there and he should have done it long before anyone came for breakfast. Other items were scarce. Muffins were old as heck. Not a good breakfast at all. Also 3 am smoke detectors going off and we had to get out of bed and stand outside with ZERO EXPLANATION. Made for a long and tired day

The hotel was exactly as expected. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a small fitness center and a decent continental breakfast. Access in and out of the property was easy and there was plenty of parking.

Checked in late and left early but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was very clean and the coffee was very good I didn’t have to add anything to make it taste drinkable.
-
Their selection of snacks and drinks to purchase was poor and very limited. Front desk a bit disorganized too
-
In clean room, shower work. Air conditioner worked. It had a pretty decent breakfast. I would recommend to stay here
-
Bad smell in the room, terrible cheap coffee and limited breakfast options.
-
Way comfortable stay. Great staff

The hotel was great. It was right off I5 and nestled in a wooded area so it was private in a nice area just minutes from Costco and Fred meyer. The front desk wait to get checked in was not great. I had to call the 1-800 number to get their attention to get someone out front to check us in.

There were no clean towels at the pool. It took almost an hour to get towels.

Location Could not get towels when needed
