Comfortable bed

Nice and clean, helpful staff.

* Their iron ruined three of your work shirts. * The desk person was not only unwilling to come up with any kind of solution, they were indignant about it. * They refused to give you the number for any higher up you could contact. * You told them they weren’t very good at customer service. * They got mad about it and called the cops and had you trespassed. That would be bad!!!

It was good. Room was comfortable and front desk was nice

Every staff member we interacted with was fantastic and the breakfast was standard, but delicious. It was place that had seen better days, but was clean. My only issue was the AC unit had a loud rattling sound. However, we didn't give them a chance to do anything about it because we got there just before midnight and by the time the AC kicked on, we were in bed and I was not about to get dressed to have to change rooms if there was one available. The noise wasn't that bad, just annoying. I would absolutely say the highlight of this place was certainly the friendly staff!

This hotel is far enough away from the road you won't hear anything. Room was great, and breakfast was nice. FYI...This hotel doesn't have a elevator so it's stairs to the second floor. Fabulous Asian food right across the street too.

Everything for the most part was excellent. I was only there for one night. So staff was nice and place was clean.

There was 3-4 police cars and firefighters that had to physically remove some meth head that was screaming and cussing! We were asked to wait in the lobby while the police tried to de escalate and remove her. It was a whole thing but the staff were extremely nice and friendly! The hotel could use some updating and serious TLC.

Booked late night for a one night stay b cause of the hot tub and when we checked in they said it would be open in the morning but it was closed and they said it won't open back up till Friday . They should have told me before checking in and we would have checked in to another hotel . This was very disappointing since my daughter wanted the hot tub .

Our room was clean and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful when we told them we had inadvertently left our suitcase at home. One of them even went so far as to give me a new curling iron that was in her car, plus combs and toothbrushes/toothpaste from the desk. How very kind!!

My first night the guest above allowed the bathtub to overflow resulting in water dripping from my ceiling all night long. No adjustment was made to my bill.
