We stayed two nights for a friends wedding. While this location is easy on and off the freeway, and is close to both Costco and other grocery stores, the property needs some updating. The beds in our room both need to be replaced. The mattresses were hard as a brick, and one of the bed frames must have been cracked or broken. Every time you moved it creaked loudly. The toilet seat appeared to be fine but was indeed not connected on both fixtures on the back. Literally lifted the lid one time and the seat took a spin to the side it was attached. Parking was included in the room rate which is a plus, and there was ample space available.

Toilet was blocked. It was fixed quickly after informing desk. A/c in hall was noisy and set at 60. Fan in room was noisy. Difficult to get into parking. Very good breakfast buffet. Manager corrected staff member in front of guests

Had a horrible experience and would not stay at this hotel again. The loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. Our air conditioning unit sounded like a plane, ran rough the whole stay, and the room fridge ran all night. The shower didn’t have a curtain liner, the curtain was like a bed sheet and was ripped in several areas and leaked water out of the shower. The bed was lumpy and even, overall horrible hotel experience.

The night desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The shower had low water pressure and was rather lame. The breakfast staff was friendly and inviting and breakfast was very good. I stayed for many years at Holiday Inns for business and this breakfast was far better. Stayed at the Best Western in Burley ID two days later and breakfast was bland. Tumwater is doing it right!

* Their iron ruined three of your work shirts. * The desk person was not only unwilling to come up with any kind of solution, they were indignant about it. * They refused to give you the number for any higher up you could contact. * You told them they weren’t very good at customer service. * They got mad about it and called the cops and had you trespassed. That would be bad!!!
