The room got really hot and the AC system wasn't working and then the room got really got and still the hearted wasn't working but everything else was great the bed was alright the pillows was alright improvements can be made but thank u 🌙

However, the property advertises that breakfast is served as well as full kitchens in each unit. Well it is true that my room had a full kitchen, there was not one single utensil, dish, pan, no coffee pot. Absolutely nothing. It was a completely empty kitchen. Therefore, what's the point in paying for a kitchen? I did have the opportunity to ask the front desk person about that. They said oh you were supposed to receive dishes when you checked in. Well I did not receive anything. So that person gave me a bucket of dishes. However, there were no pots or pans to cook anything with so the dishes were also useless. As far as breakfast being served? They have tiny little Otis spunkmeyer, pre-wrapped muffins and a thing of coffee out in the check-in lobby. That is it Apparently the staff also is not interested in enforcing any kind of quiet time. The person above me was extremely loud as well as the people next to my unit. Nobody seems to care about respecting other people's quiet times in the middle of the night or early mornings. If you want a place to stay in Tumwater that is near the hospital, this would probably be the closest place. But don't expect to get everything that you pay for

Honestly the premises were not unkempt and looked better than a lot of other hotels in the area. However it was very clear that many people there were using housing vouchers, there were people sleeping in the stairwells, a lot of smoking right outside the building so the inside smelled like smoke, people who are either on drugs or having a psychotic break being escorted to their rooms by police, and staff entering your rooms for strange reasons. I would not bring a family here. I checked out early and went to another hotel.

Stayed for three nights. Good location to explore parts of Olympia, Tumwater, Tacoma and Seattle. Helpful, cheerful staff. Coffee and fruit bars in the morning. Very fair price. Comfortable room.

Nice staff - fun as well. The price for a hotel in Olympia was pretty high in general.

They offered warm coffee and donut essentially. One staff member was rude and unprofessional and needs training in customer service. I asked for a late checkout and she started making stuff up as to why she couldn't grant a late checkout: "Checkout's at 11; No later than 11:30!." Then when Ericka, (the professional with an understanding of customer service), asked when did I want to checkout and I replied, 12. The rude one, then said very rudely and disrespectfully, "okay 12 oclock, but not a second after or you'll be charged for the full day!" I stay in hotels on a weekly basis and ask for late checkouts all the time, and they are granted every time I ask. Some are longer than others, and some charge a small fee for a long late checkout. From my experience, late checkouts are par for the course and not a reason to be rude and disrespectful, simply because a guest requested one. The employee Ericka who was training to check-in guest, should be promoted to that position, so guest are dealing with professional and someone who knows how to engage with guests and their request.

The location The fact that I went there on my birthday and took and uber because I didn’t want to drive. We bought and extra night to sleep in and the maids knocked. Then we said no we don’t need one then the office called and said it was mandatory to answer because there might be drugs or something bad in the room. And we just wanted to sleep and we are no drug addicts. Idk what they got going on here but this was total bs. And I did not deserve this on my birthday. Never going back. And staff was down right rude they look like they do drugs
