Out of 5 days our room was only cleaned twice.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would be happy to stay here again!

Great for traveling with my daughter's team. Places to be with others, easy parking. Pool can get crowded.

Nice location right off the interstate and close to downtown Olympia. Lots of parking and the place felt secure. My stay here was short since I left early in the morning for a race so I can’t comment on most of the amenities, but the grounds and lobby were clean, bar had a happy hour and several people were eating and relaxing when I checked in, elevators worked great, room walls weren’t too thin, and the bed was very comfortable. I picked up food from a local restaurant near a Safeway so lots of options nearby if you forgot something. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean property - both inside and out. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food at hotel cafe was always outstanding and dietary needs were met. Close to downtown Olympia and several area attractions and shopping. Lots of onsite parking.

Friendly staff. Freeway noise is loud all night. Toilet didn’t flush. Decent food.

It was nicely quiet.

ask for 2 queen beds and a rollaway for 5 people .didn't have a rollaway. didn't leave enough towels. made one queen bed and left the other one unmade. didn't have hot breakfast the day we checked out. the cook didn't show up. we had to buy another room for $200. for our 2 grandsons because there was no rollaway.

Breakfast is not included. The main reason we did not give 4.

Staff

Stayed four nights at the hotel. Location was perfect for our trip. Beds are comfortable, shower is great, plenty of parking. Housekeeping was reported to come every other night; however, they did not come. We had to go to the front desk on several occasions for towels, TP, tissue, coffee, cups; we took our own trash out. Some of the staff were very friendly about it but some seemed annoyed. We did not purchase the breakfast so cannot comment. Grocery and restaurants are nearby. They have a snack area as well.

As a result, my significant other and I had to leave the hotel to find breakfast elsewhere, creating an unexpected expense and disrupting what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Guests should not have to leave the property to find a basic amenity that is included with their stay simply because of a staffing issue. While we understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, the hotel should have had a contingency plan in place or notified guests in advance. This experience fell well below our expectations and significantly impacted our stay. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements a solution so future guests are not inconvenienced in the same way.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained throughout. The bds were extremely comfortable — we both slept straight through the night. Breakfast is not free (2 for $30) and buffet-style, with a good variety (eggs, sausage, bacon, etc.). Parking is free, which is a nice bonus for anyone driving in. A couple of downsides (Room 416): • The toilet’s flush handle was hard to use — required a lot of force to flush. Front desk said this was just the toilet’s mechanism and couldn’t be fixed. • The hairdryer was dirty, with visible hair on it — clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Overall, a clean, comfortable, good-value hotel — the breakfast and parking are definite pluses, and the bed was great. A bit more attention to bathroom fixtures and cleaning would make it even better. Good option for a short trip or business travel.
