Hilton Garden Inn Olympia

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained throughout. The bds were extremely comfortable — we both slept straight through the night. Breakfast is not free (2 for $30) and buffet-style, with a good variety (eggs, sausage, bacon, etc.). Parking is free, which is a nice bonus for anyone driving in. A couple of downsides (Room 416): • The toilet’s flush handle was hard to use — required a lot of force to flush. Front desk said this was just the toilet’s mechanism and couldn’t be fixed. • The hairdryer was dirty, with visible hair on it — clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Overall, a clean, comfortable, good-value hotel — the breakfast and parking are definite pluses, and the bed was great. A bit more attention to bathroom fixtures and cleaning would make it even better. Good option for a short trip or business travel.

Easy access from highway

Very friendly staff! The waiter at the site restaurant was very helpful and kind in helping us with our needs. The atmosphere was so relaxing after a long day of travel.

We loved the hiking trail just half a block away.

This place is clean. Has a really cute pool for the kids. The restaurant is great. And they have a bar in the evenings. It’s all you need and it’s really great,right in the heart of Olympia.

The hotel was clean and convenient to the venue I needed to be at. Only complaints were the uncomfortable bed and flat pillows, no parking close to entrance ant night and no tea kettle in room.

I mentioned it to staff and the girl I spoke to indicated that it was just an old room that needed the furniture to be replaced (apparently happening this fall). There was no offer of going to a different room or having housekeeping visit. The property is very conveniently located, parking is convenient, most staffers were pleasant, and the lobby was lovely, but if this room is indicative of others, it felt worn out.

There were no ink pens available in the room. Parking in was a little crowded.

The tub/shower needs to have nonslip decals in tub. I almost wiped out twice. Also needs a better door in the bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean as was the lobby and pool. We enjoyed being close to downtown but just far enough away from the busy downtown life. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in the area.

Location was perfect for our softball tourney at Yauger Park, couldn't hear the highway in our room but they provide ear plugs if you need. Pillows were really flat and not comfortable, toilet was hard to flush we felt like we were going to break the handle. Bar service took a long time one girl was doing everything by herself including room service, but food and drinks were great.

Everything was great! Staff checked in on us to make sure everything was good.

Shower needed deep cleaning .. but the staff were great and the bed was comfortable

This is a beautiful property, however, it’s definitely in need of either aesthetic upgrades or structural upgrades. Exterior property is stunning, the bathrooms have leaks and or inoperable plumbing and the network went down a few times as well as an elevator that has broke during our stay. I truly loved every moment, I believe this should be reported
