There was hair in the bed when went to go to bed! Nothing was cleaned and the staff was not friendly. They did not even take the time to refil or replace the shampoo or conditioner they were 3/4 empty. Horrible experience.

location blood found on sheets on check in, not permitted to change rooms, room not cleaned for 3 days despite calling front desk and removing do not disturb sign and even passing housekeeping staff in the hall requesting clean. hotel old, power outlets dont work

This hotel discriminates against disabled people by making the only disability access room 2 double beds so that disabled people have to pay for a room upgrade, or they wont be able to have a disability access room. Terrible and illegal policy.

Its size The bed sank in on one side. The sheets were so old they had fix balls and we had to sleep on the top sheet. That wasn't fun.

The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I could state would be the beds. They were a little bouncy, but the reasonable price of the room made up for that.
