Staff helped us park. Full parking lot husband handicapped so needed to park nearby

The beds and pillows were comfortable and our room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the welcome cookies!

We were traveling with two kids and neither was an option to me after paying $400 for one night and a van parked out front with people drinking and smoking were casually hanging out in spots. After having to argue with him, he finally said he would move his personal car from a spot. What bothered me most was where was that suggestion earlier? Why not park in the street to begin with since you’re leaving before 8am anyway. The rude responses of parking was “complimentary” and “first come first served” makes me never interested in using this company again.

The hotel was in a perfect location for walking around town. The room was very large and had a microwave and fridge. I would definitely stay there again.

We were in room 130, it was so noisy from the pool and the late night conversations from the workers at and in the near by maintenance rooms around our room, it was very hard to sleep.
-
Great location with plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Also enjoyed the parking.

Loved the cookies and friendly staff

It was comfortable and a good location. The staff were wonderful. We liked the bar area AKA breakfast area. My husband loved the chocolate chip cookie received at check in. The complimentary brewed coffee in the morning. The breakfast (for a fee) was mediocre.

The beds are nice, and it was nice to have a sofa to socialize around. No bathtub to soak in after a day of walking. No Honor points since I booked with booking.com. We couldn’t get the television to play a movie after we paid for it, and the desk clerk, David, didn’t seam to care, and made it seem like an imposition to come help, we didn’t bother having him come.

Overall good experience for family tour. A bit understaffed.

- The room had ants walking on the desk near the window - The shower of my room had little pressure
