Food, location, helpful friendly staff. Room fragrance was intense from cleaning supplies. The room didn't have overhead lighting except in the entryway.

The staff are absolutely wonderful, very polite, and very courteous. The room amenities are excellent, and everything is extremely clean. The breakfast is definitely not good. The internet is very slow. The parking area is very disorganized.

Great customer service. Rooms alert nice and clean and house keeping was amazing. The breakfast was much better than expected.

The facility itself was fine but very close to the freeway so made for a noisy night. Additionally, I had paid in full before arriving and the staff charged my daughter an additional $40 fee when she checked in for us. I didnt have the time or energy to inquire why or try to fight it.

The lobby was inviting and clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was super convenient. I loved the gym. My girls loved the hot tub. The location was great too, close to restaurants and shopping. I didn’t love the eyelashes that were on the bathroom floor when we got there.

I like that you offered an early check but the fee was outrageous I did not like the staff from the moment of check in. Everyone that I spoke to was rude and when I asked questions most of the staff behaved like I was a burden and inconvenience. Eye rolls, scoffing, speaking under their breathe are just a few of the unprofessional behaviors I encounteted.

Nothing This place is not ran properly. We booked weeks ago and our room was given away before we arrived with zero rooms available.
