Super 8 by Wyndham Turlock

The only thing was internet was on and off and tv signal was on and off but the manager was very polite and it was very peaceful . Bathroom door didn’t close . But overall it was ok

Honestly, it was a very old looking property. Their rooms weren’t up-to-date. You could see worn out paint and it just looked worn out and dated it just looked like a low budget hotel because it was Wyndham. I felt secure, but if I could’ve canceled and got a refund, I would have and stayed someplace else. I won’t say there again. I took my girlfriend there and honestly, I was embarrassed as I said if I could’ve gotten a refund, I would have and if I had the money, I would’ve just left and paid for a hotel someplace cleaner.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean, the overall condition of the hotel did not match what was advertised, and customer service was poor. I expected a comfortable and relaxing stay, but instead dealt with issues that made the experience stressful and unpleasant. For the price paid, I expected much better standards in cleanliness, honesty, and hospitality. I would not choose to stay here again and hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve future guests’ experiences.

Room was nice. Area behind is full of trash and no where safe to walk dogs.

Needs to be demolished

The worst hotel I have ever been to it was super filthy everything was broken old no it was a horrible experience.

The phone in the room didn't work so I couldn't get hold of my mom who was staying there

Also there was no T.V. remote, not enough towels, Then the shower wasn't working and because I kept having to ask for things the staff was a little irritated and said something to me, eventually I left about 10 that night Not good

The desk clerk was friendly. The property looked ran down. Then hot into our room the shower was disgusting. Water still on the floor looked like dirty feet were walking around in it. The floors weren't swept and were very sticky like it's never been mmopped.it smelled like cigarette smoke.

Clean pest free

The check in process was fast front desk was kind and professional The room didn't have microwave or fridge. Also it wasn't the cleanest no shampoo or shower supplies available. On the website it said breakfast available and there wasn't any.

When we got in the room the room gave off a bad smell. It was very dirty! Dirty sheets. Everything was dirty and nasty.
