Convenient Needs updates
-
The air conditioner was very loud when it came on. Kept waking me up during the night.

What needs to improve, the choices for breakfast. Be nice to have hot choices like most other places we have stayed. The dog fee is outrageous , I can see a one time fee but Not per night! We will try across the road next time… The pillows were great.

The room overlooking the pool was awesome! Very relaxing. Lack of options for breakfast.
-
Very clean well maintained hotel. The pool and the hot tub made this the perfect place to rest after a long day’s drive, easy to just jump off the highway, have a nice stay and jump back on the next day.
-
Too much train noise overnight
-
It’s okay for one night but somewhat dirty and aged
-
No variety of fruit - only apples. Room not very clean; blood stains on one pillow case. Toilet lid broken.

THE POOL NOTHING

Breakfast was very very minimal. Pool was nice.

There wasn't a breakfast breakfast,

Around many food options and a store to get any thing you may need. It has tried to be updated but it still is older and the carpet has seen better days. You can tell it is clean just older. Breakfast is there but has very little. One night was okay for us but wouldn’t want to stay more then that.

The room was clean, the staff was kind. Pool was well taken care of. Hallway air stopped working while we were there but that isn’t the fault of staff. I don’t think I would call the breakfast, breakfast.

The parking was ample, and it was easy to get to our room from the parking lot, which matters to my wheelchair-bound husband. Check-in was quick. The room was comfortably clean, with only some minor details that hadn't been touched in a while. The bathroom was spacious for a wheelchair, but most of the rest of the room was inaccessible to my husband due to spacing between the bed and the TV console. He was barely able to roll up next to the bed. The ironic thing is that we have encountered this type of problem at other hotel chains in rooms that have been labeled "mobility accessible." I suspect that the hotel managers are thinking about wheelchairs needing space to move around when they plan the layouts of the rooms. But the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet. The shower and tub were very clean and the water was hot. The breakfast buffet didn't have any healthful, low-sugar options for diabetics, so we skipped it. All-in-all, a good room for the price. Would stay here again, but maybe a different room.
